I don't normally leave reviews like this, however, this situation has been incredibly frustrating. Today we were expecting a very important package to be delivered that we needed by today. We waited all day at home specifically for this package as it needed to be signed for. However, after waiting until the latest time it was expected to be delivered, I recieved a notification that "reciever was unavailable for delivery" and that they would try again tomorrow. The driver never came to our house. So I called the 1800# and spoke with someone about this, they apologized and stated that they would try to have the driver come and deliver it before leaving the area and call me back within the hour. I never recieved a phone call and again, the driver never came. After trying to call back to the 1800#, and 3 other different phone numbers by calling various UPS stores in the area and speaking with several different people, we still didn't seem to get anywhere. I was told by one of the stores to call the 1800# back and to get the warehouse information as to where our package was so we could pick it up today. Unfortunately, however, when I called in the representative just kept repeating to me to check my app and that in his notes someone tried to redeliver and call me back. I literally have nothing from either of those situations on my end. No attempt was made and they wouldn't even tell me where to pick up my package. So I'll be waiting for it to be redelivered until tomorrow; which is incredibly frustrating and worrying as I hope we get a different delivery man so we dont have to go through all of this again. Or, to even have to pay for their negligence by paying more money to pick it up ourselves. I verified our address and phone number, which was all correct. Im just so frustrated that they were of no help. In my opinion, too, if the package was to heavy to bring up stairs the driver could have at least came and knocked on the door and I would have gone out to the truck to grab it.. again I don't normally leave reviews like this but UPS really needs to update some of their policies on how to assist their customers better. This shouldn't have been such a crazy round about situation and I feel like I could have, at the very least, gotten the information on where my package was so I could go and pick it up. I hope the driver does better in the future & that something is done in regards to this neglectful situation.

Don't bother coming here. Waste of time, they don't do any major services such as digital fingerprinting or using a company account to ship items. They make you go to a warehouse and waste 20 minutes of your time waiting while their employee attempts to. Go elsewhere.
