Paid for two day shipping from GA. It arrives in Round Rock on time, says it's out for delivery. And then, to my surprise, I get a shipping delay due to, get this, weather! Delayed until Tuesday. It's 60 degrees outside. It's going to be a lot worse out on Tuesday.Of course, nobody at the call center can help. They direct me to the seller, who can't do anything except direct me to UPS.Folks at the UPS store can't do anything.

12/20UPS should close the business. Its 3rd time in row they missed delivery. Recent one is my highly important document they just lost. They not able to track. Customer care manager at Round Rock facility just gave excuse saying sometimes they dont scan when they load packages on delivery vehicle. Seriously?? STAY AWAY FROM UPS.12/21STAY AWAY FROM UPS. Its clearly says package received at Round Rock center but manager at this center denies saying they never received package. It was very important document and sender sent it through next day delivery. Service at UPS is worst. @ups your apology response to this post not gonna help instead investigate and deliver my package.

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered at my apartment. They changed it automatically that the receiver agreed to pickup ( which I didn't ) . I tried reaching out to customer support and they used to collect the details and tell me that the local center would call me within an hour. It never happened for 3 times. Fourth time, the local center did call me and a lady spoke very rudely . She told I don't have any option other than picking up. I even asked at least could you get it to nearby UPS location for which she refused again. Its a very small package and not a huge or heavy one. She complained that UPS truck is not allowed in my apartment community which is not true. I told that is not true. But, she told that is what the driver told. This is a huge lie as everyday Fedex, UPS , Amazon, DHL etc come and deliver the packages. This location is not open on weekends and it closed on weekdays at 7 PM. We managed to got before 7 Pm and collect it. When we told all this happened, the person who was there and gave us the package agreed that its laziness of the driver.I tried calling today to customer care to explain this happened and wanted to talk to their supervisor so that it doesnt happen again. They never transferred the call to the supervisor, made me wait for more than 30 min and i finally hung the call.

Driver came to my house to deliver my package. Which happened to be some rare shoes that I was able to lock in. After rummaging through his truck and wreaking of marijuana, the driver claimed he didn’t have my shoes. Still haven’t gotten them and had to start a claim ( which means a manager has to find the package) and that doesn’t mean much because management is very lazy and hates doing their job. I’ve requested to Nike that none of my shoes ever go through UPS again. They are thieves and should t be allowed to get away with stealing from us

To say that UPS has the most abominable customer available would be an overstatement because UPS doesn’t actually have customer service. They can’t even be bothered to respond to customer complaints with more than a copy-paste:“We apologize your experience did not meet your expectations. Your feedback will help us improve your future experience. If you need further assistance from UPS, please contact us with your information via a Private Message or Direct Message on one of our social channels: Facebook, Instagram or Twitter @UPS.”I paid $30 to have an important item shipped to my home. Without reason, without even attempting to bring the item to my address, without informing me, UPS rerouted my package to their service center. I only learned that they had done this after the item failed to show up as expected and I visited their website to check its progress. What do I see but a notice claiming that I agreed to pick it up at their customer center! Thinking this must be a mistake I tried calling only to be given the runaround by the most aggravating automated answering service I have ever encountered. I tried changing the delivery online only to be first stuck in an login loop that only ended when I signed up for their information-stealing “My Choice” platform. After all of this, I am met with a payment screen. Yes, they want me to pay them MORE MONEY to deliver my package as they should have done in the first place. Finally, I tried chatting with one of their agents via text. 15-20 minute wait between responses that never amounted to more than “sorry”. Finally, thus invisible agent claimed that another agent would call me by 10am. I waited. No call. UPS is no longer a package delivery service. Do not use them under any circumstances.

If I could give us place zero stars I would. Someone needs to report this group to the Better Business Bureau. I have been waiting for my package since Thursday... I received notification that the truck broke down in Los Angeles, and that it would be delayed. But my pain point is on Saturday I received a notification that the package had been attempted to be delivered and was not. I did not receive a letter on my door or in the mailbox. UPS is one of the few carriers that does not require a leasing consultant to enter any part of the building. Plus, the leasing office was open until 6pm....In fact, I checked the cameras at my complex, and a UPS truck never showed up. It is extremely disheartening. I've had to call the customer service line 11 times in order to track my package. I even challenge them to provide me with the number that the carrier left in order to track my package – what a surprise they could not find one on file. I was also told that someone would call me five hours ago to provide updates on my delivery and Nothing has happened. I don't know what type of operation you are running, UPS, but it is a pretty lackluster one best believe I will be reporting you and filing for liquidated damages.

UPS did not even bother to drop the package. Sent it to this location for customer pick up(!). Why would I have to travel 20+ miles to pick up a package??? I hope Amazon/USPS/DHL make them go out of business:

Every person I encountered here was so welcoming and patient, but an extra big thank you to Robert for helping me find two of my packages today. I commend the work you do and really appreciate your thoroughness. Your kindness made my day.

I hope MacKenzie works out of this location, because she saved my butt! The shipper of a huge order of flowers for my mom's birthday forgot to add the apt number on the label so the UPS driver wasn't able to deliver. I called UPS and all the possible numbers to try and get it day, pick it up whatever. Noone was able to help, I kept getting a "too bad so sad" attitude, until I got a hold of MacKenzie. She was kind enough to contact the driver and have him re-attempt. Thanks a million! UPS give her a raise!

I recently had a wonderful experience with UPS where the staff was exceptionally nice. From the moment I entered the facility, they greeted me warmly and helped me with my package in a friendly manner. Highly recommended!

I’m absolutely baffled by UPS. I have an extremely important medicine shipped to me. It cannot be exposed to heat and the pharmacy sends in in overnight shipping for this reason. I waited for a long time all day, and then come to find out that my address is wrong. Okay, so I call up and my address is correct, the workers just didn’t want to drive out all the way to my house I guess. So they held my package at the customer care center for me. I wait until 6:50pm to pick up my package (scheduled for delivery at 10 am). When I tell them my shipping number they say “we need ten minutes” they are scrambling all over the office to go find my package. I am never ever using UPS again. Absolutely ridiculous.

Austin has one hub to rule them all and I was fortunate enough to have a new house that wasn't yet listed in their address system. After my 50 minute drive there I was pleasantly greeted by the staff which were incredibly helpful and amazing and I loved the experience.I would highly encourage you if your package does not or cannot be delivered that you take the time at least once in your life to visit them and pick up your package personally and experience the fun that I did.

I was told by an employee that the office was open from 9am to 720pm. Showed up at 659. As I approached the door an employee ran up and locked it. I stood outside and after a few minutes he opened the door only to tell me I’m late and to come back tomorrow. Came back the next day at 9am on the dot only to see a sign that says their new hours are 10-7. If you notice they don’t call this a customer SERVICE center, and for good reason.
