The manager, I believe her name is Lou, helped me with an exchange on Friday. She was so sweet and kind, made me feel really comfortable, and made the transaction very easy. Overall, the ladies here do a great job in customer service and helping customers. I shop here often and will definitely continue coming back as a loyal customer! :)

My family and I have been coming here for over 20 years! Always loved the people and let me tell you Michelle who used to do brows was awesome and now Lauren is amazing. I highly recommend her if you need your brows done.
Yesterday was a bit frustrating. We had a medical emergency that required a visit to minor emergency for one of our kids and we didn’t have the mindset to call in to cancel the appt. We rescheduled the appt for later and upon arrival to try and explain, Luz was upset and my daughter was embarrassed when she took the brunt of it. They didn’t wait for an explanation and began their speech about not being able to schedule again because she didn’t call. In 20 years this is the second time we missed, first we called and did the needful but this time, couldn’t. Please be aware sometimes it’s for good reason. My daughter was too embarrassed and shy and just said okay. It’s definitely awkward now. I’ve known Luz a long time but this was not what I expected from her in this situation. Call when you can to cancel or reschedule as common courtesy for sure. I’m an HR manager so I know but please don’t assume the worst. You never know. Bad Saturday morning I guess.
Anyhow, lovey brows by Lauren await you! Go, go, and book an appt, you won’t be disappointed!?

Walked in to do a bit of shopping and Lauran was able to get me in and do my brows and I walked out loving my eyes again, lol. Great people and everyone was very friendly even though it was 86° in the store, they were changing out the ac unit.
I'm definitely shopping this store over my local store in College Station where the store manager is not friendly at all.

The cashier requested a phone number for their rewards program and I politely decline. Just wanted to purchase a couple of products for a gift. She then declared the purchase would become a "final" sale without it. I still declined. But will not patronize Ulta again. Thought others should be aware..

I can’t thank Monica enough! She was very patient and took me on a grand tour of scents until I found a cologne that fit me perfectly. She was a product expert and even after asking 1000 questions, she never once rushed me or lost interest in helping me navigate it all. Thanks Monica, looking forward to coming back and finding a scent for my partner!

I had a great experience here. This place can be overwhelming especially to someone that is learning makeup. That was until sweet Miss Lauran helped me out. Not only did she help me find a variety of options but she was quick and knew the store like the back of her hand. I feel very confident in the items I bought today. She is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, thank you Lauran!

The employees Elyssa and another store advisor which I didn’t catch the name were extremely helpful and kind, and clearly knew what they were doing. After having a horrible experience at the local Sephora, this was store was a breath of fresh air.
I asked for help with color matching then they helped with that then helped me with other makeup products since I’m not that familiar with makeup, would reccomend to others.

The employees here are always great every time I’ve been in. I got my first facial here after almost 10 years and Yulia was exceptional. She’s the only one at an Ulta location in the Austin area providing facials. She was awesome and I’ll definitely be back. ?
