Competitive prices and the staff is knowledgeable. I almost forgot simple syrup for my mojitos and I was reminded by the older gentleman. I will continue to shop here, even though it’s a little out of my way simply because it’s cheaper than any other place. The knowledgeable and kind staff is just a bonus.

I wanted to shop at this location while my son walks next door to buy something , I walked in and the employees were chit chatting the male (employee ) took some of his time to say welcome , so my son walked in after me , we were at the last aisle I was looking at the Malibu bottles attempting to buy one while I told my son, just go get what you need next door while I shop here, and he said ok , he walked out , and I guess the employees notice some one walk out of the door and the female “I am working “neurons woke up and the lady (employee ) runs to the door after he was out and says “excuse me Sir may I see your Id “?My son respectfully walked back into the building , and I went up to ask , why you make him come back when you supposed to check an ID when he first walked in , not when he is gone ,she said , because I have to and I need to see yours too , I say no you won’t, and of course I was not gonna keep shopping after were not doing their job, and trying to take advantage of my son being young not underage to buy , but making him go back in to verify something they should since the beginning when they were having a good conversation, ignorant people thinking others don’t know how TABC rules work (I’ve been renewing my TABC certification for the past 15 yrs ) so I do have a clue of what I am taking about , anyways , my son proof his age to her and all she had was an smile saying thank you , and we left , after suggesting to make sure the pay attention and ask for ID’s when people walks in , not when people are walks out .

This is my go to place as they always have something new on the shelf to try. Lina is definitely the hidden gem tho as she is always helpful with recommendations and always seems to be in a great mood. It’s rare to see that level customer service and old school hospitality in today’s day and age.

I actually live closer to other liquor stores, but would rather drive a few extra miles just too get the wonderful and amazing customer service that I get from Lena... She's always smiling, and so helpful every time I visit. She deserves a raise much more ?

I went in to this establishment with my girlfriend and her sister mind you I’m of legal age as well as my girlfriend and her sister who is almost in her 30’s we went to buy some drinks and the guy at the front was really rude he buy passed my girls sister and looked at me and sed you with the Mickey Mouse shirt I need to see your ID i told him o I’m not buying anything it was just my girlfriend’s sister that was then he sed well you can’t be in her so I told him okay and waited out side even though I am of age he refused to sell to my girlfriend sister, just because of what was on my shirt I feel like that is wrong, because why does it matter what is on a woman’s shirt? Why does it matter if it’s a kids character? I wouldn’t go here they have bad service as well as respect.

The staff laughed at my girlfriend who was looking for a alcohol free substitute and the employee rudely said what liquor store would sell that? Only every other major liquor store. I will not support this overpriced and obviously undereducated company! NA product fly off the shelf everywhere but here obviously!!!

I went in to try and find a wine that I had recently tried out of state and inquired with the individual who seemed to be in charge at the front about it. It was about 7pm on a Monday and I was chipper and friendly after getting done with an 8 hour work day as a kindergarten teacher. Looking exhausted and worse for wear. Upon speaking with staff- I was IMMEDIATELY interrogated by this woman who was ACCUSING me of being intoxicated. She continued to interrogate me hoping that I would admit to something that was not accurate. This was done in front of other patrons which lead me to feel unimaginably uncomfortable. I would not recommend encouraging businesses who treat customers this way. I cannot think of a time where I was made to feel this disrespected in my life and it was truly an awful experience to be called drunk for simply being myself and existing after a long hard day of wrangling children. I don’t know who the lady was by name- but that was an awful enough experience for me to type this and never go to this chain again.
