Second Update: returned for an inspection and the service manager, Kenan, went out of his way to crawl under my vehicle to find a socket I dropped in the pan. He found it in minutes. Simply awesome!
Update: came back for an AC issue after the excellent previous experience and this time was even better. Highly recommend this to anyone in the neighborhood!

Came into Brakes Plus to get my finances brakes inspected on her Jeep Patriot before she headed out of town. The brakes ended up being in excellent condition which was great because they offer free brake checks.

I thought I had a problem with my car, but it seems like these people just say some bs to get a high labor cost and charge you when stuff doesn't need done. I went here a couple of weeks ago, and got a quote for over $1100 for a couple of parts to be replaced. They quoted $600 in labor. I took it to another 4 other shops who told me that the parts didn't need to be replaced, and that Kenan is just trying to get you to replace stuff that doesn't need it, giving bs reasons just to jack up the labor prices and get a quick buck. I WILL NOT BE COMING HERE OR RECCOMENDING THIS PLACE AGAIN.
