Stylist: Kendall was my stylist and she made the entire process exceptionally fun and comforting.
I am a long haired guy that didn't have a trim in almost 7 years. Typical guy behaviour. :-). Kendall explained the entire process before beginning and that put me at ease.
After the trim, she did a fantastic job styling my hair and even gave me samples of the hair gel, conditioner and shampoo.
I will definitely be back and hopefully alot sooner than 7 years . Thanks Kendall and The Mirror & I.

If I could give this Salon 10 stars I would ...Kendall who answered the phone and is also a syltylist there was super helpful and understanding me when I called in due to bad hair cut but the person who took the cake was Shelby !!! I couldn't thank her and this salon and more im beyond words at this point Shelby saved my hair 100% ..this salon is now my forever salon ....thank you thank you so much Shelby !! Your the best ...

Shelby is wonderful! She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted in a short cut, as well as the variance in my hair texture. Most of my hair is straight, but one side has recently become wiry and difficult to manage. Shelby has given me two great cuts so far, and I look forward to many more. Oh, and she is also a joy to talk with!

What a fantastic little gem of a salon! Kendall was kind and attentive and made my hair look so much healthier and prettier. These people know their stuff - even when dealing with crazy wavy/curly hair. I will definitely schedule with Kendall the next time I need my hair done. I had such a lovely experience and everyone there made me feel comfortable and cared for. <3

100% coming back again and would absolutely recommend to everyone. Jessica, one of the stylist, made me feel super comfortable and walked through every step of the way with me. Halfway through the haircut and I was already excited, happy, and loving every second with Jessica. By the end of the appointment, I felt like I can be myself and not worry about anything.

I typically hate having my hair cut, due to multiple bad experiences (it's so hard with curly hair!). Shelby was fun and engaging, on top of cutting my curlyhair well. Gail assisted and was very lovely and engaging as well! I asked for a specific gel as part of my first-time welcome package and they were nice enough to add some in. Cannot recommend them enough!

If you have curly hair you know how expensive and difficult it is to find a good salon. This place is really great. I have only had good experiences here and the owner really knows her stuff.

This salon is the best you could ask for! I recommend everyone go here! The service is amazing, the environment is clean, and their knowledge of hair is OUTSTANDING. I hadn’t been to a salon in over 5 years and both my hairdressers (Kendall and Nicki) were super sweet, knowledgeable, and professional! They reassured me, listened to what I wanted, and gave me everything I asked for (natural highlights, layers, and eventually bangs). They both did an outstanding job and I left feeling the best I’ve felt in years. I’m never going anywhere else!!!

Valerie is a truly gifted and talented stylist!!! She is very knowledgeable and experienced. Love my haircut!!! I have a natural wave and she knows how to cut it to compliment the shape of your face. Everyone is super friendly. Clean and spacious. Excellent customer service. Incredible art on the walls. Great vibe.

Nicki and her team are fairy godmothers for your hair. From the moment I walked in, she was so welcoming and took time to listen to what I wanted out of a haircut. I had to chop off some "dead" hair so wasn't sure what the end result would look like. I've had unsuccessful cuts from curly "specialists" before and left feeling unhappy with the cut. I'm incredibly happy today and you can tell my hair is too! I'd definitely recommend Nicki and her stylists
