The customer service my fiance and I received was superb! I really felt like they were trying to find us exactly what we were asking for and not trying to up-sell us make sure spend more than we had intended.
I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a wedding band or other special piece of jewelry!

Absolutely WONDERFUL experience!
In 2018 when my fiancé and I were ring shopping The Ring, Round Rock was the ONLY store we visited. Why go anywhere else when we were thrilled with the huge, gorgeous selection of engagement and wedding rings as well as their extensive selection of wedding bands right there! All jewelry cases were unlocked so we were free to browse and try on anything we wanted. All rings as well as their diamonds in cases on the wall had stone size and prices clearly displayed. The sales staff were wonderful! Knowledgeable and readily available for anything we needed without hovering over us or making us feel uncomfortable.
We recently went back to The Ring, Round Rock to take advantage of their AWESOME upgrade policy. Maria, the store manager went way above and beyond to make our shopping experience so easy and enjoyable! She showed us rings with different size and cuts of diamonds and explained details of each as well as some unique pricing options they have available. I would encourage anyone in the market for fine jewelry as well as fashion jewelry to shop The Ring first! You won’t find the need to look anywhere else. We will never shop anywhere other than The Ring.

We loved shopping at The Ring, they give you time to look around and they do not hover over you. They have a great selection of rings and diamonds. Jeanette was great to answer our questions and make the ring purchase enjoyable and fun. They are true professionals and we would recommend this jeweler to anyone.
