Nick and his team were very thorough at every stage of the lender process. I was a first time home buyer using my VA loan and I had no idea what to expect to be able to utilize it. I was informed at every step and either Nick or a team member was available for questions, which I had a lot of. Continuous communication and notification of needs for either my signature or new paperwork were always prompt and had reasoning as to why we needed it. Would highly recommend them for your lending needs.

Right from the start Nick and his Lending Team were on top of our loan process. The very convenient app made loading and processing our documents easy. The biggest reason for the 5 stars is the communication that we experienced, making the loan process easy because our questions were answered thouroughly and quickly. While reviewing lenders Nick went out of his way to review the quotes from competitors, detailed the pros & cons, and gave me a recommendation that was best for me and my family and not his bottom line. I can't speak highly enough of Nick and his team's exceptional service. Nick, Richard, and Griselda made an intimidating process smooth, stress-free, and efficient.
Nick and his team demonstrated a deep understanding of the mortgage process and were able to answer all of my questions with clarity and patience. Their expertise gave me confidence every step of the way.
Communication was another standout aspect of my experience! They were always readily available to address any concerns or inquiries I had, and they kept me informed at every stage of the process.
One of the things that impressed me most was their thoroughness. They left no stone unturned in ensuring that all necessary documentation and requirements were met accurately and on time. Griselda helped me not just by advising what documents were needed, but also by guiding me on where I could find them. This attention to detail was an experience like no other and without her help, this process would've felt so overwhelming!
Despite the complexities involved in securing a mortgage, Nick's team worked diligently to expedite the process without compromising quality. I was amazed at how quickly everything was finalized!!! We were able to close more than 10 days sooner than we had planned!
Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience with Nick and his team. Their professionalism, communication, thoroughness, and efficiency exceeded my expectations, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of mortgage services. I don’t think there’s enough words. I guess the biggest thing is that at no point was I made to feel like I was asking a stupid question. I learned so much and found the absolute best options for my home buying experience and payment options as well as future finical planning. I never once felt like I was just a commission. From beginning to end, the process was flawless, you can easily determine that everyone in the team is an expert in their field and their level of service is top level.
