They get the star because it was the fastest I've ever received service there. Technicians were in basketball shorts and tshirts, and smoking, one was on the phone with a girlfriend while he was under my car, the other was mocking another customer as he drove away because the customer didn't know what kind of oil filter his car used. That technician also didn't know what type of oil filter and had to call someone. They didn't give me a receipt and blocked my exit by just talking to a random person that pulled up in the middle of the traffic way. This is not my first time at this location, last time I received great service, the technicians were informative and were training a new tech and apologized for the time it was taking, completely understandable and I told them don't worry about it. This was a complete 180, I have no desire to go back to this location.

They forgot to tighten the filter, oil all over my driveway. Their goto is to upsell for a coolant flush. They charge as much as the dealership, I took a gamble going there and paid for it

An amazing experience for an oil change. As soon as I arrived I was offered water and was able to pull in to receive my service. Brett & Lily were awesome. This will continue to be my oil change home. Please add some bonuses to such great employees.

I am always pleased with the customer service and quick service. The employee that cashed me out let me know my windowwash fluid cap was missing. The last time I also changed my oil here so I was what to do but he didn’t have an answer! I’d like to be notified about a replace my cap!

just left. Dylan and another guy took great care of me while I was getting my oil changed and coolant flush. I'm not sure if I got a great deal because I have no idea how much these services should be, but I don't care enough to look into it because the guys were so nice and respectful towards me. I'll be back.

I see the other reviews on here and let me put this plainlyThese folks are former military, super chill. They are not gonna be the nicest ever but they damn sure will do a good job and quick.Ignore the low stars, only issue they have at the moment is their oil pump broke so they may have a SLIGHT delay to get you into the bay which is a non issue if you have any modicum of patience.They will also make sure you have the best deal possible. The pros: You don't get out of your car, just pull in, roll down your window, and shut off your car. The cons: If you do this during the summer. They started by bringing out cold water and then ushered me in. All good, so far. I ask about the pricing and what I get with each. They tell me one of cheaper than the other but they are pretty much the same. After I go ahead with the cheaper version, someone else tells me it's half full synthetic, and it will only last three months. I asked which one gave me 6 months, which is what I've always gotten. He told me the one that's $20 more. Had I been given that information when I asked for it before the oil change, I would have gotten the full synthetic (which I am pretty sure is what my car requires in the first place.) And for just $20 more, I could get double the miles before paying another $80 for an oil change. Thankfully, they didn't push anything else. They showed me my clean air filter and told me it was good. Edit: They now have signage up that tells you what each price gives you! That would have been nice to have when I was there, though!

Worst experience ever, if you are a WOMAN don't go there... waited for an hour and a half for an oil change, second to the bay after opening my hood I had to wait for another 30 minutes with car turned off, my sister asked them why is it taking too long to get someone to even talk to us, he was so rude and told her if you don't like it leave. So I told him you want us to leave after waiting for 2 hours he turned around and told me I BARKED at him the last time I checked I am not a dog. I asked him to drop my hood and left ... will never go there ever. other than the fact if you are a woman you will be ignored, they were only talk to guy drivers..

Best oil change and service I have ever had. These people actually care about their customers did not make us wait. We’re super friendly and very knowledgeable and my car smells so much better from changing all the filters. I love how they showed me everything and asked me which option I preferred on everything. I will only go here from now on five stars. Great manager, great staff awesome place super friendly. I trust them and felt safe.
