My wife and I initially had a wonderful time shopping here, and received great recommendations and had a generally nice time conversing with the employees. The people that work here are so nice and passionate about jewelry.
However, there was a miscommunication in the design we picked, as we didn’t realize the popular trend of using a white gold crown with a yellow gold band to make the diamond sparkle more. So even though they showed us the parts, we assumed it would all be yellow gold and that the white gold was a placeholder example. My wife did not really like the finished product, so we went back to have it altered.
And these wonderful people fixed the ring free of charge. I was shocked when I picked it up and am super grateful that we walked into this store and for the experiences we’ve had here! I definitely hope to be going back for future jewelry occasions. Thank you!

My fiancé went in to buy me a ring. He received exceptional service. It’s absolutely gorgeous. He wanted a specific look and they were able to piece together my engagement ring. We are so happy. I have been in twice to resize the ring. Not their fault I lost weight. They have always been extremely friendly and accommodating. They’re also LEO friendly. We will definitely be back in the future.

Will and I are always amazed at the first class service we receive from this local and very knowledgeable jewelry store. I would say that everyone should actually come here first when looking for a wedding ring, engagement ring, gift, or something just amazing. They also have someone at the store that can clean and fix your items. Highly recommend.

Had the prongs on my solitaire fixed and a pendant for a necklace fixed. Price for both was awesome!! And they were done in 1 week!! And they polished rings that I was wearing when I picked up my jewelry!! Highly recommend!!

Sometimes you need a Hometown jeweler and Stall Jewelers is my first and only choice for cleaning and repair of Estate (and other) jewelry. I needed appraisals for insurance. Stall Jewelers does that. I needed an extension on a necklace because I just didn't like the length. Norma added an ADJUSTABLE extension that I can slide easily and adjust to whatever I am wearing. The extension also let's me put on the chain over my head, without struggling with the tiny clasp. I broke my grandmother's ring. Stall Jewelers restored it like new. And my Grandmother's grandparents ring was cleaned and buffed to a thing of beauty. They have a vast selection of fine jewelry. Beautiful pieces for yourself or as gifts for others. This review is in regard to a jewelry repair, poor business practice at Stall Jewelers and unacceptable customer service by Ms. Stall herself. I went to Stall jewelers to have a ring size adjusted with the addition of a ring guard placed inside the ring. However, Ms. Stall, the owner, TOLD ME that the jeweler would solder small gold balls inside of the band to adjust the size. Seeing that she is the professional, I agreed. The cost was $110.00. When I went in to pick up the ring, it was still enormous. Ms. Stall's answer was to add more gold to the inside of the ring (my initial request), and of course, to tack on at least another $100.00 plus dollars to my ticket. Considering the POOR decision to put the gold balls inside the ring was Ms. Stall's, she should have stepped up and remedied the situation and taken care of her first (and last) time customer by making things right. Instead, Ms. Stall was fine with me paying my bill and walking out with a ring that I could not wear. Do yourself a favor and work with QT jewelers in Round Rock. They have integrity and will always provide excellent customer service. Ms. Stall lacks integrity and obviously cares more about her bottom line than doing the right thing.

Went in to purchase an engagement ring for fiancee and I needed a woman's opinion. I wanted to share some possible ideas and different styles with my mom. The lady and the man working there told me I couldn't take pictures.. even after I explained that I wanted my mom's perspective. Was very rude and so was the guy working there. Won't be back again.

I have known Norma for 20 years and can vouch for her talents and integrity. I recently decided that in addition to my original wedding rings (from Stall Jewelers, of course), I wanted a ring that was more like a smooth band, since at one point a stone on the original set came loose. Norma made all my engagement ring dreams come true! We had a beautiful family ring that we wanted to rework into something a bit smaller and use the diamonds for multiple pieces or jewelry.
