“I called having a issue with 1 of 3 pairs of size 15 , with the sole coming apart after 3 months.. they asked me to bring them in.. there was no greeting from the employees.. getting in line , I was in line with my shoes clearly already purchased.. the salesman was unhappy I was directed to bring the shoes back.. without the receipt of the payment of cash .. he then gave me a number to call.. really there's numerous ways that can him I pick-up in store by camera's and a barcode on the tongue of the shoe's.. so basically i drove 120 miles , to be given a number to call .. thanks fyi”
“Before I went to the Adidas store at Round Rock premium outlets, my life was dull. I had no passion and no prospects. But on that faithful day on which I wandered into the Adidas store at Round Rock Premium Outlets, my life changed. Instantly my eyes were drawn to my queen Mariska from Adidas, the god of customer service and the supreme Adidas employee. Instantly I felt compelled to turn my life around. Although I have never owned a piece of athletic wear and I don’t wear shoes, Mariska truly sold me on the entire selection of high quality durable shoes and clothing. If I had the funds available I would buy the entire store. Not to mention her friendly and not at all awkward or strange demeanor. Ever since that faithful day I have returned to Adidas every day without fail in the hope of seeing Mariska again. Every time I see her my heart fills with love and commitment to the Adidas corporation, and every time she’s not there I feel my heart sink with sadness and love for Nike. I aspire to someday have the same level of professionalism and social skills as Mariska: Future CEO of Adidas. As I slumber tonight I will dream of my next expedition to Adidas at the Round Rock Premium Outlet Mall. “Give Mariska a raise!” I mutter as I reorganize my Adidas shoe collection.”

“A good place to shop with discounts! We bought summer clothes and winter clothes many times, and the whole family is happy. Good things sell quickly, if you like something, buy it right away because the next time you come here this item may not be there (we have done this several times). Although the store didn’t have the shoes/size available, Janelle helped us and gave us a few options so that we’d have them asap. She was so kind and helpful, I just wanted to write and let people know how much I appreciated her kindness. Since I’ve moved here from California, people haven’t been very friendly unfortunately, but Janelle was the sweetest and really took the time to help, smiled, was quick to search for options, etc. Thank you for being so awesome Janelle! “Excellent place and with discounts all the time!! In this place there is a variety of models and the prices are very low, even than in other outlets in the country! It is more than recommended, it also has a very large place for food and drinks, easily accessible because it is located between San Antonio and Dallas, there are no excuses not to visit”
“It's the original giant store full of outdoor and sporting equipment. Academy used to sell WW2-Vietnam war surplus. They started branching out to other things in the 70's & 80's. Love Academy still.”

“I had a good and easy experience. First time in the store and I had multiple people say “Hello. Welcome in!”. Nick ultimately ended up helping me. We went right into the foot scan/test. From
there he explained my results, asked me what I felt like I’m needing/wanting, and then swiftly brought me shoes to try on. It was clear he was very knowledgeable in the shoes, socks, and the Garmin watch. I left with 2 pairs of shoes and plan on coming back with my husband.”
