Food is good but I've never gotten my smoothie within 15 minutes of ordering. Only ever 2 people working, so it's always very slow.

Ordered an online order for 2 smoothie and my husband go grab it only to find out the system is down and order could not be processed. I understand the system being down is no ones fault, but the online order should not have gone through so people are not wasting their time coming in only to be told that their order cant be placed. Also, they had no change for larger bills if you wanted to pay cash. This location always has something or another and this final situation just solidified that. Do better esp when you are charging premium price for a smoothie.

Sat down to drank my smoothie and knock out some work on my laptop. The front of the store has a free WiFi sign so I asked for the password, the staff said “there is no wifi in the store. Well there is but are not allowed to share the password”. This is ridiculous…

Came here for brunch staff is so unbelievably rude and short patient . Especially the cashier. Taking lids off blenders and putting it on the counter and I can clearly see they are covered with MOLD. Disgusting nasty place.

When visiting this specific location I felt that my presence was unwanted. When checking out the cashier was extremely snippy, and even left to work on another order before we could even pay. it wasn't until another employee noticed us standing there that we were helped with getting our transaction completed. Furthermore, even when my drinks were called out and served, the employee felt that it was fit for them to talk to me as if i was stupid and tell me the difference between the two drinks that I specifically ordered. will never be coming back to this location again. I work in the service industry and would never have responded in such a way. I hope this person gets fired because the act of hatefulness bestowed on me, after never knowing this person prior was absurd.

Let me start out by saying that in my 30+ years of life, I have only ever left ONE review about a food establishment. The service industry can be really demanding on these hard workers. I empathize with that kind of stress. With that being said, this is my second bad review. I regret coming in here to purchase a smoothie. I’m in my “don’t waste money on a bad experience” era. This place has wrecked it in this moment about 15mins ago. These employees are young, evidently emotionally unintelligent and disinterested in effort kind of gen-z humans. They made my smoothie and left it on the counter while I stood there looking at my phone and out the window at the rain not wanting to rush them even tho I am late to work. They never announced to me that they had finished the smoothie. These two workers just went about their day. When I finally looked at them to see what might be taking such a long time… I noticed my smoothie on the counter. When I asked one of the girls aloud “is this mine?” When I clearly knew the answer … she looked at me like I was inept and shrugged with a “yeah?” Terrible. Thank you for the awful start to my work tonight.

This location is terrible literally the worst customer experience and the sad part is that is the only thing they have been consistent with… no acknowledgment what so ever with the customers the workers are extremely rude my drink tastes different and the cost is different every time I go there this was for sure my last visit at this particular location avoid it if you can

My son and I came here today for the first time. The store was very clean, and very cheerfully decorated with bright colors. We were greeted the minute we came in the door by the people working there, the man's name was Q, the woman's name was Maddie. Super nice and helpful. Q answered all our questions !They have a very generous menu, and many things to choose from. They even carry Barnanas, which is one of my favorite snacks. It's covered bananas, covered with many different things. I absolutely love them. They also have fruit cups. We both got a smoothie and a bag of veggie chips. The smoothies were absolutely amazing, and so very healthy! I got a pineapple and spinach smoothie, it also had apple and some other things in it. I absolutely love it, and I will be visiting the store again and again .. And I'm definitely getting this app!
