The staff I dealt with during drop off and pick up was very friendly and efficient. My dog seemed well taken care of and happy and ready to go home.

First time we have boarded our dogs... ever.We were nervous, but they were well taken care of and we had them bathed prior to pickup.Recommended for your dog ? boarding needs.

I was looking for somewhere close by for my pup to go during the day when I had meetings, so that she could interact with other dogs, and enjoy herself outside, but not have to be alone. Shady Acres fit the bill, and our experiance was great from start to finish. Getting her signed up was super easy. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions. This made us feel welcome right away. When I called mid-day to check on my dog at the daycare center, they spent a good 20 minutes on the phone telling me all about her day and answering any remaining questions I had. Pick up time was a breeze, and our dog was SUPER excited when she came out. She was also really tired from playing all day. I could tell when we got home that she had a busy day! I'm looking forward to taking her back again to play with her new friends~ Thank you Shady Acres!!!

We love Shady Acres! They are so friendly and quickly respond to questions or the casual check in to see how our dog is doing. They have been able to accommodate us for last minute boarding also. So glad we found this place and will absolutely be leaving our furry family member with them again and trust they are safe and having a good time!

We love taking our two dogs, Chestnut and Kai, to Shady Acres! We’ve boarded them there multiple times and they always come out happy pups. They can share a room together, which is very important to us. We pay up for the luxury boarding and think it is worth every penny. We enjoy reading their post stay report cards to see who they played with and their behaviors. If one of our dogs shows signs of anything abnormal, they make sure to call and text to get a hold of us. We discuss if it is normal and give permission to administer medication. Finally, they have cameras so you can watch your pups play! Highly recommend boarding your fur babies here!

Elvis loves Shady Acres. The staff is great and very responsive. He boards there also and I feel comfortable knowing he’s in good hands. I also love the play yard cam so I can check in on the fun he’s having. Highly recommend!

I loved this place when I first used them. A lot of care and attention to detail. My last visit, not so much. The young woman who I dealt with had very little ability listen and was a bit hyper to the point that communicating with her was a challenge. My two dogs both wear vests for when they walk. The staff left them on the dogs the whole time, and my dogs stunk when I picked them up. I think I also paid extra for the pool option and I have no proof that my dogs even were able to use the pool.I paid you guys over $1100 to keep my dogs for a week. I won’t use you again.

My dogs Jake and Ranger probably think of Shady Acres as their second home. We travel a lot for work so they spend a lot of time there! Shady Acres staff has never disappointed us. They are responsive, easy to work with and obviously care a lot about our dogs. It’s so nerve wracking to try a new boarding facility so if you’re looking, give Shady Acres a try. I have 100% confidence in this business and their care for my two furry family members!

I left my three dogs with them for the day, and was very pleased with the results. The staff cares a lot about the dogs they’re watching, and the summaries of my dog’s evaluations showed that they paid real attention. My dogs seemed to enjoy their time greatly.I will be boarding again with Shady Acres, and I will absolutely tell any friend who asks to do likewise.

Great service and care. My dog has a blast every time he's at Shady Acres. You can tell how the staff takes care of pets like they're their own. I've been taking my fur baby here for the last two years and we keep coming back! Highly recommended!

We just had our first playtime at Shady Acres and Peanut Butter LOVED it! He was SO HAPPY when I picked him up and he was SO TIRED in the evening after a long day of playing with new pup-friends. I really liked the daily sheet that came home with him, too! We are new in town and are so happy to find a place like Shady Acres for our pup. We will definitely be regulars!

My puppy LOVES Shady Acres! He goes to day school there and at the end of the day, we gets tons of photos and a breakdown of what he did. I can tell everyone at Shady Acres enjoys being with all the doggies. They are well taken care of!

My wife and I have been with Shady Acres for over 3 years, and our dog LOVES it. Every time we drop her off, she completely forgets that we exist and runs into the building because she loves the staff, the facilities, and everything about Shady Acres. And every time we pick her up, she’s so happy and chatty almost as if she was trying to tell us about her adventures and the other furry friends she made while there.Easy app to book any boardings or daycare, which make it super convenient. Drop off is always a breeze. Pictures and report cards through the app are great, as it allows you to see how your dog is doing while you’re not there. Could not recommend any other place for your pet!

Tate loves his time at Shady Acres. Super friend staff. Great notes for the report card. Talk about easy drop off.I’m very picky where my dog goes and he is too. I’ve never seen him nervous or anything other than excited to see the Shady Acres crew!

Shady Acres staff and service are phenomenal! Absolutely the best customer experience one could ever want for yourself and your dog!! The actual daily schedule for your dog however does not coincide with the info presented on the website. The dogs DO spend the VAST majority of their day in isolated rooms. Play times and play areas are in fact GREAT! But during a FULL 9 hour visit it amounted to merely two 25 minute sessions with a third scheduled around 5:00ish. I chose to pickup at 4:00 p.m.For me, that is simply WAY too much time spent completely alone in an isolated small area all day. Defeats the entire FUN, FREE-PLAY daycare experience I was seeking for my guy!!
