I've been a Kohl's customer for many, many years, but no longer. I doubt I will buy anything here again. They so rarely had my size in Levis that I just stopped looking, anyway. I can go to the Levis website and order the exact pair I want in my size and they will be on my doorstep in a day or two. So why bother coming to Kohl's anymore? Amazon Returns.A few days ago, I was here for an Amazon return and they handed me a coupon for 20% off my purchase at Kohl's. So I thought I'd use it. In a nutshell, that 20% off coupon Amazon gives you is bullshit. Allow me to explain...I went to the area where all of the men's sportswear clothing used to be to discover that there wasn't much to choose from. There was a lot of Champion gear, but their track pants felt like burlap. Seriously. Burlap. Nevertheless, I found a nice pair of Under Armor joggers. Good enough. I also found a Yellowstone board game (a gift for my parents - they love the TV show - shush, don't tell'em I got'em that until after this Christmas). My wife got some bras. So three totally unrelated items: pants, bras, and board game.While checking out, however, we were informed that we wouldn't be getting 20% off of anything because the coupon wouldn't work for the things we wanted. It says it all right there, in that tiny font wording on the coupon that no naked eye can read, the giant list of everything in the store that the 20% doesn't apply to. After I took the coupon home and put it under my microscope so I could read it, I would venture to say that the 20% off coupon does not work for 95% of the stuff for sale within Kohl's.After paying a lot more than we thought we would have to pay for our stuff, we were walking out when I noticed that there was a second larger location for the rest of the men's sportswear on the other side of the registers, hidden behind all their Christmas stuff. Silly me! Why didn't I just look behind the mound of Christmas swag back where the women's clothes used to be for my men's pants?! This store sucks.Unless there are some big changes, I doubt Kohl's will be around much longer. This place continues to go downhill, year after year. I seriously doubt that putting a Sephora in the middle of the store will save them. I remember when Blockbuster Video tried to save themselves by having a Radio Shack outlet that sold a small selection of cords, batteries, adapters, etc. in some of their stores. That did not work out for either of them in the end, and I predict history repeating itself in the end with Kohl's (Sephora may survive, though). Hopefully, by the time Kohl's goes under Amazon will have a drone service available to pick up my returns in my driveway.

Abhorrent customer service. My wife and I went into the store to find her usual foundation. Upon finding none on the shelf, we asked an associate if they had any more available. She replied, "Nope," and kept staring at her phone. She then proceeded to walk away. This is the second time the customer service at this Sephora location has been dreadful. Do yourself a favor and drive to the Lakeline location. Save yourself the headache.

Not the best store. I have purchased products from this store before but they just don’t want you to try samples . I usually try out serums swatch before I purchase them to see if I get any reactions. The lady was constantly following me and my kid through out and made it very uncomfortable.

Had the best consultant, Becca, two days in a row. She was friendly, patient, funny and absolutely amazing. I wish I Could bring her back to El Paso with me to help me get the best beauty items from Sephora. Thank you Becca for making my shopping experience amazing!

Every single time I walk into the store to shop it's so sloppy that you can't even get through the fucking aisles , and matter fact, I would love to shop somewhere else other than Kohl's because of this reason and when I try to say that it needs to be cleaned that they should do better they say they're doing their best I don't think this is their best, because if they were trying their best to try to keep it clean and try to keep the aisles clean

worst expe I have ever had this store is attempting to make my pay twice for the shoes I bought . when show them I already paid once I have the receipt and the money was deducted from my bank account nobody can help me ! I wil never set foot in this store again

I went there last night to pick up some powder foundation and the woman working was WONDERFUL! She was all by herself (it seemed) and she was handling everybody in a friendly and timely fashion. I wish I grabbed her name! She also recommended a skincare product for me and provided me a sample, which I really appreciated.

Barely had any variety and shelf’s pretty much empty, the employees were just talking when the store was a mess and when I went to go check out they had no ones for change I even offered a one so she can give me a five back and said that she already put it in the system never coming back

I came to this store a few times. One the staff is not properly trained or makeup lovers, they really provide just customer service. They have ZERO knowledge of the products but do ask if you need help 5 times just for you to finally ask a question and they said “i don’t know” and start to read the bottle.Today I tried to exchange an item using my Sephora app and bought the item at KOHLS and the woman told me as she rolled her eyes that it was 30 day return WITH receipt. At all freestanding Sephora and JCP sephora you are able to return with you BeautyInsider profile. She asked me several times if i bought it at that specific one which I did ! She was so rude and snarky and rolled her eyes several times at me. Just go to an actual Sephora that cares about who they hire and not just hire people looking for a job.

No wheelchair accessible Womens dressing room. Dressing room fixtures block the walkway to even get into the fitting room and even the larger end fitting room has a door too narrow for a wheelchair.

Amber was super helpful. She educated me on the different tiers of beauty blenders, as well as how to properly apply concealer. A bubbly personality with a high social aptitude. She is a true expert to make someone feel comfortable with makeup. Further testament of her skills is she colormatched on a my jawline, which gave my sensitive eye skin a break and helped to compare colors against each other instead of trying to remember. Give her a raise and bonus, please.
