I don’t recommend this place to any physically handicapped people because if you asked for a carry out or assistance in any way with loading your car you get attitudes; very bad attitudes from the person asked to do Customer Assistance. The one that was supposed to be assisting me, threw my water in the car and tossed around my ice chest that was already loaded with my personal water and spilled it. It was really, really disturbing and when you speak with the manager and return 2 to 3 weeks later and you get the same service… that’s horrible.

Huge selection of products for a warehouse wholesaler with reasonable prices. You do need a membership to shop here but let me tell you it's worth it. Moreover they have frequent membership specials for new members which you should take advantage of. I can go gaga all day long about this place but all in all I highly recommend samsclub in general.

They don't have a phone number for curbside pick up. You have to call the front desk, it make take a minute for them to answer or 40 minutes you just never know.

Covid has made my Sam's shopping so worth the quick in and out of the the store. I use the app for shopping and gas.

So I called to speak to a manager about a perishable item. I waited on the phone forever, and it's impossible to speak to a manager. I finally ended up calling the pharmacy, explained what happened, and she further frustrated the situation. I ended the call. I returned said item and left out the entrance door. It was very close to the customer service desk. No big deal. The next day, I noticed my pomegranate seeds had expired that day and the juice was turning white on the bottom. I opened one of the two containers and it smelled like rotten wine. I bought them the day before. I told them at customer service that they should pull the rest that had the same expiration date. While I was waiting for a manager, two ladies came in with two kids and a dog-not a service dog-which is very unsanitary, especially around produce. No one cared, not even management. I left out the entrance again, this time an employee tried to give me grief. Mgmt. gave me a free pomegranate, and I told her to see him if she has an issue. I went in again a few days later with my husband and saw expired pomegranate again. No one was around, so I tried to get someone from bakery. He pointed to a produce employee who just emerged while I was walking away. I told him "these are expired" and he said "what is?" and continued stocking with his back to me. I was trying to show him, but he couldn't be bothered. I got louder. Then he came over. It was six feet away, but he couldn't be bothered to walk it. Amazing how employees are ready to pounce at the door but when you want service, forget it. Note to upper management, there's a reason for two and half pages of 1-2 star reviews. Retrain your employees in good customer service, including teaching store managers how to be present. And my reviews always go to corporate. Sam's is not the only place to shop.

We shop here often and today when we picked up our curbside order it was missing few items from it. This happened once before and we had to go back for pickup. They won't even process return and refund you for the missing items. Make sure you check your items before leaving.

I am very disappointed that they stopped their healthcare Sunday hours. According to the website all locations should still be having them. When we asked why I was told "it wasn't convenient for them and they didn't have enough customers." How sad.

I love Sam's, mainly because of the scan and go app. It's the best thing since sliced bread. Seriously I love it...you just scan your items, and click checkout when u are done and skip the lines and head to the exit...saves so much time. Thank you Sam's!!

I've called them multiple times to speak to an operator and multiple times I get hanged up. It's just ridiculous that they take forever to get someone on the phone. And for curbside pickup, they have messed up my order twice. The first time because they gave it to the wrong person even thought we didn't checked in yet and the second time was missing some items.

This is the closest Sam's to me, the employees horribly unfriendly, don't you dare ask them for help. This week I bought a case of beef, it has 8 10lbs rolls of meat, I asked for help loading it into my car, I'm 70 years old, waited 15 minutes, no one came out to help me, I was told to wait outside so "they could see me", I guess "they" are blind cause no one saw me!!! I ended up opening the box and taking one roll out at a time to load in my car!!!
