I had a finder-binder last April and was concerned about my rates going up. I contacted my insurance broker for a yearly review, and they referred me directly to my insurance carrier. Why would I allow a broker to get paid if they won’t do any work? So, I set out to find a company that actually had good customer service, I called almost all insurance companies and only a few of them stood out. Joana at Round Rock was the star, local, knowledgeable, and outstanding customer service. On top of that I saved over 30%. Needless to say she is now my insurance agent.

I had been getting a call from Geico for about 2 wks once I started a quote. I wanted the insurance but had been putting it off due to the holidays. Joana was persistent with the calls and I appreciated it because it’s less hassle for me. Joana was very pleasant and helpful. She took her time with helping me get the app downloaded and giving me pertinent information about the policy. It’s always nice to have a friendly helpful person assist you. It makes the experience 5 stars. My policy is (I think) reasonably priced even with a young driver included. I would definitely recommend and share my experience with others.

Michael Mira is an amazing insurance agent. He was able to break down the policy, fully explain each category, provide the best rate for our car insurance needs, very personable and quick to answer questions. Very respectful & great at his job. Definitely recommend to others.

Michael walked me through the process of starting my new auto policy. He was incredibly helpful and answered any and all questions I had. He also did a great job building rapport so I didn’t feel like just another customer. The process was simple and quick. The rate I received was fair in my eyes and better than any other company I’ve tried. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Spoke to Micheal M. this evening looking for a better auto quote with a new driver. I’ve been searching with no luck. After speaking to him and getting cheaper coverage, I made the change immediately. He was very kind, patient and walked me through each coverage, looked for every discount available and made sure I was able to log on to the new ap. We are now going to look into home insurance.
