The staff is amazing and so friendly! From the front desk staff to the vets and vet techs! I’m always so stressed and nervous when I take my cats to the vet because they hate going but the vet and vet techs did an incredible job of making my babies feel safe and loved. Their bed side manner is on point!! You’d be surprised at how many vets don’t care about that and are strictly business. They provide treats for your fur baby and are sweet and gentle. They also accept care credit which makes payment so much easier. My cats were worn out this morning and let me sleep in for the first time in a while lol. I highly recommend!!! Thank you guys for being so great to me and my cats! ❤️

Brought our small dog in for a wellness check and quote to get her teeth cleaned/pulled. They tried to upsell us on everything and were extremely pushy about it. When we declined certain things they would come up with a new excuse as to why we needed that service or med in order to make us get it. They also quoted us $2,000 for her dental work which is absolutely insane. The last time we got similar work done from them it was $800. I am so disappointed with the new vet techs there. I’ve been going here for years and will never go back again.

The techs and vets at this office are top notch. They were all sweet and knowledgeable. My dog had a serious issue and they not only took great care of her but even sat on the floor with me as I cried. 10/10 this is the best place to take your pets.

These guys are amazing Britney was awesome in helping me stay calm. Everyone was just awesome.they helped my puppy and gave him so much love. Will be back for sure.

Everyone in the office is super helpful. I was terrified for my pup and they knew exactly what to do. They even called to check on her after hours. As a pet owner, I wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of my babies.

I have been going here for 5 years.Everything is great. This clinic has gone Cashless. I don’t like cashless places and makes it more difficult. Will look for another venue that is not cashless

I had lost hope with 3 failed vet visits at other veterinarian facilities. Then i found Sam Bass. The vet actually sat down in the room to talk to us. Nothing was rushed, yet we were in and out in record speed. Sam bass doesn’t make you feel like a number and didn’t ask me to up size to a million products! We are now loyal and can’t say enough good things
