Paid $70 dollars to get insulted for an hour. I just want to start off that this was my first time at this location, as it is hard to find people to do short hair, my stylist was very impatient with me and seemed to treat me as if I were stupid. I have fibromyalgia, and that makes me a bit foggy, but apparently she did not care. She basically insulted my career, my diet, and how I looked. And at the end she had the audacity to ask me how I go around like that in public, with my hair and with what I was wearing. What? I think I’m just gonna have to cut my own hair from now on because I don’t want this again. People like that need to know why they don’t get tips.

I found Erika on instagram for Brazilian wax and decided to give it a try first thing first when you walk inside her suite (15) it smells amazing love the decor, she also has snack bar for her clients which is so lovely , she is so nice and sweet soul can keep a convo going without feeling awkward, she also explains everything for before after a Brazilian , 100% recommend her and go follow her page @shewolfwax

I went in there for facial today was excited about it but got disappointed instead, the lady who did my facial it took her an hour with me she used so many products but it still feels like i have done nothing to my face i have wasted $70 today?

I worked here at Salons by JC, Round Rock, for over 5 years. Of my now 21 years, as a hairdresser, this was by far my best experience with a owner & a private Salon booth!Mindy, the owner was always caring and attentive to my needs & even would offer personal advice when I went to her seeking her opinions. Mindy worked with me on several occasions, when I needed extra support. I 100% recommend Salons by JC to patrons because of the excellent customer service & services you will receive for your independent salon owners... but also to any service providers looking for a private Salon Suite, that is clean, upscale, and owners with high morals & standards.

I love Berquis Hair Salon! My stylist Berquis is the best. I have been going to this salon for the last 3 years, and I'm yet to be disappointed!! I always leave with the most silkest and shiniest hair imaginable. The salon is small, but they get the work done!!! During the pandemic, they were open, and their cleaning protocol was on point! And still is!! They may be a little pricey, but it's worth every penny!!!
