Despite my “John Doe” moniker, I am a real person (Pete), and a recent customer of Round Rock Collision Center.
Our Lexus GX460 backed into my other vehicle, and left a fairly deep scrape and rub on the rear quarter panel, just underneath the tail light.
Since the vehicle was a newer model and relatively new to us, we were concerned about finding a repair center that could perform the needed work, match the paint, and return it to its like new condition.
Round Rock Collision Center was the right place to go to.
As an authorized Lexus repair center, they had the ability to bring our vehicle back to like new condition. Their price was competitive to the other estimates we received, and we were impressed by their facility and customer follow through. They explained what needed to be done, how long it would take, and that they had no doubt we would be satisfied with the results. They were right on all counts. We are extremely pleased with the repair and paint match. Round Rock Collision Center will be our first stop should we need auto body work in the future. Thanks again Round Rock Collision Center for the great job.

I am really happy with the service and had great experience here , would definitely 100% recommend this place , my car got fixed so much better than my imagination, they did such a great job , and I am really appreciated stuff here are so friendly especially the front desk that did the paper work with me I have forgot her name and Chris Quintero the estimator they are so nice and caring and providing such the great customer services

Great customer Service and great work on my Tundra - it looks new like I just drove it off the lot. Travis Marullo and Kevin Zimmerman worked with my insurance adjuster and ordered parts (drivers side) before I dropped my truck off. I dropped my truck off Monday, they replaced parts, repaired and painted the fender, and I was able to get my truck back by Thursday afternoon!!

The Round Rock Collision Center has always taken care of my vehicles in the most professional and awesome manner. They make the drop off and pickup very easy and the admin staff is top of the line. I fully recommend Veronica Rodriguez as the greatest Estimator I have ever had the pleasure of working with!

I had a wonderful experience at Round Rock Collision.
I was rear ended with minimal damage, but still any accident is stressful. I took it to round rock collision because it was recommended by round rock Toyota. I could not have asked for better experience.
They were super communicative, very quick on their work and of high-quality. Chris, was a great person to work with.
I fully recommend going to him and round rock collision for all your auto repair needs.

I had the pleasure of working with Veronica, and she made the experience very enjoyable. We all know how stressful it can be to repair a vehicle, but Veronica truly understood that. I highly recommend RR Collision and suggest asking for Veronica.
On the other hand, the front desk staff were not as welcoming. While they weren't rude, I didn't feel entirely comfortable and felt a bit like I was in their way. For that reason, I give the overall experience 4 stars. However, I would give Veronica 50 million stars—she's the best! Thank you, Veronica!
