I visited Round Rock Animal Hospital yesterday for my dog's chronic coughing and current respiratory issues. Dr. McConkey was so kind and careful with my very anxious dog, and I really appreciated that he listened to my concerns and wasn't rushing me out, which happens so often at doctor offices these days. He gave me some options, and even checked on some specialist costs for me. I was also surprised at the cost of the entire visit--it was much less than I was expecting. I also love that RRAH is so close to my home. Highly recommended!

RRAH is the best veterinary office in Round Rock and possibly the Austin area! I cannot recommend them enough for the exceptional care they provide to my furry family members. From the moment you walk in the door, you're greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely cares about the well-being of your pets.

This hospital was great! The front desk, technician that helped, and doctor were all very kind and helped me out a lot! I would recommend them to anyone in the RR area!

One "Hooman" can ruin a business... The remainder of the staff was wonderful!. They saved the review and future business for this vet.
Still give 5 stars even tho ONE didn't deserve it. Glad you were smart enough to defer to another technician.

Always the best care for my fur babies. It is pricier than others, but it is backed up by the skill and knowledge of the entire staff. Well worth it.

Brought my baby in and they took great care of him. The staff is awesome. Ive seen 2 docs and both very knowledgeable. They are up front if something is pricey and they don’t just tack on charges. Everything I’ve paid for has been well worth it. I used to be so terrified to go to my other vet. I’m extremely appreciative of all the options they offer. They don’t shame me into vet care but they make sure I’m aware of my options. Thank yall!

Everyone here is exceptionally capable and kind. My dog loves her vet visits so much that when we arrive, she runs over to the check-in desk to greet whoever is there. I think she's figured out that a little bit of love gets her a "good treat" rather than something from their stash of healthy snacks.
Seriously, this place is great. I'll be a customer for life here.

Been taking our dogs to this vet office for a very, very long time. Staff, and doctors are incredible and always friendly. They truly care about your pet, and answering any questions you may have. They've taken great care of our family dogs for years and years now! They don't push anything that isn't needed, and also give lots of money saving alternatives.
Also, there is a wonderful woman at the front desk who treats my human kids so amazingly. Today when bringing our dog Ellie, she gave my kiddos some colors, stickers and a small toy. It's such a kind gesture, and super helpful for me as well.
Can't say enough good things about this Vet office!!
