We needed a consult to evaluate some recent tree damage and areas of concern with work performed by another contractor after a hail storm. I am appreciative for his attention to detail and the knowledge he shared with me. My concerns were addressed and new issues were found during the inspection. I couln't be happier with Pauls professionalism and will be using Roof Masters for my roofing needs.

Paul was a pleasure to work with. Had some suspicions about roof damage after a storm. He assessed the roof, recommended some minor reasonable repairs and got them done promptly at a reasonable price. His professional response helped me put my mind at ease!

We called Roof Masters for some minor roof repairs. Paul was very responsive and professional, and he had the repairs taken care of within a day. He sent us photos of his repair work, which is so helpful. We will be calling Roof Masters as soon as we need a new roof! I highly recommend them.

l suggest that you find another roofer and not use Renaissance Painting and Roofing. The company re-roofed my house two years ago and replaced two skylights. When I asked the owner to check something, he got angry and yelled at me. Later, when I went to settle the bill, he charged me $250 to going up into the attic to check on my request. There was no communication at the time I requested the check up that there would be a fee. Now two years later, I find out that the skylight in my bathroom was not installed properly and the paint has peeled in the bathroom due to humidity coming in through the skylight. I don't recommend anyone using this company.

Called Roof Masters when I noticed a leak from a roof vent. Paul was quick to come out and assess the situation. Fixing it on the same visit.He walked me through what had happened, and showed me pictures. Gave me options on fixes.Roof Masters will be my first call if I ever need a roof repair or replacement.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Their worker Erik (who smelled of alcohal)went into a different lane then randomly wide turned with no signal into the company building and totaled out our BMW and leaving injuries. The owner was extremely unsympathetic to the fact that his worker jus caused this huge accident. Instead came out flashing his phone in our faces, yelling and making racial slurs. They had a friend play as a witness to the police to try to place us at fault. I would never recommend such a horrible company to perform any work when they can't even operate a vehicle sober. From observing previous reviews, their work is not up to par either, most likely due to their drunk workers. Make sure you put your money into a responsible company.

Absolutely the best experience I've had with calling and then getting someone out. I had a weird issue and my initial phone call was was listened to and relayed correctly to Paul who came out was incredibly informative and helpful. Couldn't recommend more highly.

We've been having nothing but headache with Roof Masters. We had hail damage to our roof back in April, hired Paul, and installment happened in early July. Ever since then it's been a nightmare--little to no communication, constant lies and promises about following up, and a myriad of excuses to go with all. Silence for weeks upon weeks. All we wanted was transparency, and for a supplemental claim to be submitted for the gutters they removed (removed without being asked). We've been asking for five months now, and he missed the window we could submit the claim to our insurance. Beware hiring this company/Paul. Our neighborhood was hit hard recently, and all of our neighbors went with other companies and have had no problems.

Paul and his team at Roof Masters were great. He was very responsive and straight forward with everything. This was my first time dealing with roof repairs and he helped fill in the gaps with any questions I had. My insurance company demanded that a lot of things get taken care of in a short period of time or they would drop us. I called Paul's based on his reviews on here and Google. He pulled off a major miracle in putting on a new roof and repairing different sections of the house. I would have probably be facing a LOT of trouble right now if he hadn't pulled this off. I kept telling him he was a wizard.. and it's true!!!

I've been using Paul and his crew since 2017 for various roofing and painting jobs.The first time I called him, I woke up to a 6cm diameter hole in my master bathroom ceiling, with water pouring in non stop (it was a stormy night). Out of 8 companies I called, Paul was the only one who responded. He came out to assess the damage (including climbing up on my roof to take a look in the middle of a storm), suggested a temporary fix and came back a few days later to finish the job, which included fixing the roof, the ceiling and painting. I've been a customer of his since.They have always been responsive and punctual and do quality work for a competitive price. I will continue using Paul and his team and always recommend them to all my friends and colleagues.

On short notice, Paul from Roof Masters was great on scheduling the initial assessment. He provided an estimate and delivered on the estimate. He was efficient: he was respectful in wearing a mask in my house, he procured the parts and made the repair a few days later.Paul is a local entrepreneur and does great work! I highly recommend Paul from Roof Masters for any roofing needs!
