I can't say enough nice things about Anthony from State farm. And about State farm in general. Anthony cold called me and normally I would never even consider switching or doing anything from a phone call but there was something about his voice and it just made me listen to him. And he was able to save me money and he has been so responsive any and every time I have called either he answers the phone or my text message I have never been left hanging with Anthony or with state farm. And up until this year I actually hadn't made any claims until right after I switched to State farm. I had only made one payment for my new policy when the hail came and I had to make claims on my vehicles and my roof. Inspections payment everything was so on point. And so easy and efficient. Anthony thank you so much for being the best agent I've had in 40 years

Anthony was an absolute life saver. My previous insurance provider upped our premium by a surprising rate, so I began the shopping process to see if I could find a better deal. He beat the rate we were given substantially, while also being an absolute delight to work with. He’s done a great job checking in from time to time just to ensure that we were content with our policy and has even helped with additional savings and policies that I had held for a long time elsewhere. He is definitely worth the call and will go above and beyond to be helpful.

I work with Anthony. They have saved me a lot of money on my renters insurance and my car insurance. I recieved a call asking if I would like to save money.. At first I laughed because I was with a big company.. Surely they couldn't save me money.. But I heard Anthony out.. Yup he saved $80/ month.. Just like that.. And another $25 a month on my renters for the same covered policy as Travelers. Anthony is always quick to respond to me and answer my questions. He discusses pro and con on different types of insurance I can benefit from. I refer all my family and friends to give this company a shot. I never thought they could save me the money they are! Im impressed. Thank you. Very family friendly and really works hard to save us money and keep us happy and covered.

Awesome experience having their office as my agents. All of them are really awesome, the bad comment about Anthony is a troll for sure! He helped me save over 50% on my insurance and got me into a situation where I now have over a million dollars worth of protection that I did not have with the last company I was with. I recently had the unfortunate experience of witnessing my wife being subjected to an agent named Anthony who not only failed to provide the assistance she sought but also made her feel stupid and degraded. The encounter left us feeling frustrated and disappointed, and we are compelled to share our story to caution others about this unhelpful and condescending individual.From the moment my wife began speaking with the insurance agent, it was clear that his primary objective was not to assist her but rather to prove his supposed superior knowledge. Instead of patiently addressing her concerns and offering guidance, he embarked on a mission to belittle her and highlight his own expertise. This approach not only showcased his lack of empathy but also underscored his disregard for customer service.Rather than utilizing his expertise to simplify complex insurance terms and policies, the agent seemed determined to make my wife feel inadequate. His condescending tone and the manner in which he dismissed her questions and concerns were both unprofessional and disrespectful. It is disheartening to encounter such arrogance in a profession that should be centered around helping individuals navigate the intricacies of insurance.Insurance agents are expected to be knowledgeable and approachable resources, ready to provide guidance and support. Unfortunately, this particular agent failed on both fronts. Instead of offering solutions, he left my wife feeling incompetent and discouraged, which is simply unacceptable in any professional setting.It is crucial for insurance companies to ensure that their agents possess the necessary skills not only to understand the complexities of insurance but also to communicate effectively and respectfully with their clients. A customer's experience should never involve feeling degraded or inferior due to an agent's need to assert their dominance.In light of this disappointing encounter, I strongly urge others to exercise caution when dealing with this insurance agent or the company he represents. Their lack of consideration for customers' feelings and their failure to provide the assistance and support expected from a reputable insurance provider is deeply concerning.We sincerely hope that our review serves as a warning to both the insurance agent in question and the company he represents. It is crucial for them to reassess their customer service approach and prioritize treating clients with dignity, respect, and genuine care. Rick Villarreal’s State Farm Team have been amazing and easy to work with! They have always been available when needed.
