I just moved in to Palm valley this week and I had the easiest time getting in. Kristina is amazing she literally went out of her way to answer all my questions and let me tour all of the layouts that I was interested in . I’ve already recommended my co workers. If you go by talk to Kristina.

Palm Valley staff is absolutely amazing! I love living here! Frida has been especially helpful and very professional. She has always helped me with whatever questions or issues I may have. The five star reviews are most likely paid. So I would not trust the reviews that are rating five stars.The property manager, Ashley refuses to engage with any of the tenants. She will not respond to your emails and she will not come out of her office when you visit the office. The office staff comes off very rude, and they act like you’re bothering them when you go into the office.So many people are moving out and this is part of the reason why they are offering specials because their occupancy percentage is very low.The apartment still has fluorescent lighting if that tells you anything. It’s obviously not a luxury community but they charge luxurious prices.There are rats. There are stray cats for the rats.The amenities are slim to none. They don’t have a laundry facility on site. They do have washer and dryers inside of the units. However, they are not good quality.The fitness room has very old equipment.But they still find a way to increase your rent every time you resign a lease. But there is not any type of investments going inside of the units. So what are you paying extra for?If I were you and I were looking for a place to rent, I would choose an apartment that is much nicer has better amenities and has good quality office staff that treats you well.

I give this apartment complex a solid 5 stars because:The management is friendly and willing to work with you to address concerns or issues you may have. Being friendly they make you feel like you are part of the whole family. And maintenances concerns you have are addressed in a timely manner.

Palm Valley is a fantastic community to live in! Very friendly leasing staff who are highly respectful, professional, and understanding and will work with you. I needed a handicap unit for my mother, and within 24 hours, the fantastic Maintenance team made it available. Move-in process was a breeze and the Maintenance staff (although we have not needed them much because everything works perfectly)- are prompt and professional- So Thank you Guys!! To the Manager and all the leasing staff a HUGE THANK YOU for making everything possible for us! We absolutely LOVE this place...And ..oh...Totally Hi-Tech..gates are opened by an app on your phone and you can open them from your apartment if a visitor is trying to enter to come visit you..also you can generate a temporary visiting code for Door Dash etc! Love It! Come be our neighbor! Reasonable rates and specials.

Ever wonder what customer service "really" means? Well look no further! Having had a chat with Palm Valley Management (especially Bailey Wells) proved to me that customer service still is a prime concern. From day 1-meet to move in and "after", management has been there to support me and make feel part of! Don't get me wrong, I wasn't born yesterday (40yr veteran of living in Austin Apartments), this is not about getting you in and fare well. This is about finding a place where you can call home and I have! There is plenty of good things about Palm Valley Apartments and one in specific that elevates my greatest pet pee 100%. Thanks Palm Valley Management: Bailey Wells and Ashley Bilke for making my move here an ease! :)

Beautiful complex. The office workers are so friendly and willing to help with any situation. I spoke with Frida over the phone and she made the move in process super easy! The maintenance staff are always smiling, and really take the time to show they are there for you!

I was on the search for an apt as I was getting ready to sell my home, and after visiting 10 different apt communities (yes 10!) I knew Palm Valley Apts was the next place to call home. I had the pleasure of working with Kia, whom was such a delight to work with. She was welcoming, friendly and very attentive. Moving from a 3 bed, 3 bath, 2 story home to an apt is a HUGE adjustment, and I had so many questions to ask ...and Kia was quick to respond to everything which I truly appreciated. Palm Valley Apts checked all the boxes for me: 1Location (across the street is H-E-B, LA Fitness, Dutch Bros Coffee, Nail Salon, McDonalds, Wingstop, and so much more) affordable rent, clean community, and I love my unit especially having an attached yard for my furbabies. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Do not live here unless you want your car towed for no reason! Even if you are a resident, they will still tow your car. I was parked in my correct parking spot and just because my car wasn't registered through a third party company, I was towed. No where in their notices they said they "sent multiple times" did it say residents will be towed, only guests. Do not trust the leasing agents, as they will not give you a heads up that your car is in danger of being towed, even though they knew my car was a resident car since they had all the information previously in their system. They do not care about their residents! Avoid living here at all costs!
