I'm not a customer but someone in my apartment complex is, and the drivers had their music blaring so loud with the windows down of their truck for over an hour. It disturbed the whole entire apartment complex. Maybe train them on being respectful to people around them

I have had a great experience with this location.Misti and Miles are very nice people and will work with you to make sure you are happy. I definitely recommend them when you are in need of renting a product!

Need agreement # to set up online account and change billing info. Do not have physical agreement with me. Called Customer Service and spoke with Miles. He provided an agreement #. I repeated it back to him and he confirmed. Went back to website and entered this number with my name and got error message. Tried it 3 times.

This location deserves absolutely NO STARS. I had a scheduled delivery Tuesday and waited all day for them to show up. I got a call Tuesday evening saying that they needed to reschedule because I didn’t answer the phone when they called. NOT ONE TIME DID THEY CALL MY PHONE! When I called the store to ask why I was rescheduled, I was told that they couldn’t complete the routes because of traffic. How is that my fault? I will be reporting this location to the BBB and corporate because this was not okay!

It is always a hassle free experience to work with the round rock location team. The store manager is so helpful and really cares about her customers!

I give this place half a star I only put 1 but I couldn’t go lower the delivery driver likes to send threatening messages to customers when they make a complaint on him.

Employees need to make sure they are properly communicating with their team and the team needs to make sure they are taking proper notes on customers account . Also, please do not send out “false” automated messages . And…. Please make known to customer about days of grace / by what time of day can payment be made . Don’t threaten to pick up their merchandise if it is 3pm … they should still have until the end of day to make a payment.

The staff at the round rock center are not professional. They don’t even care about their customers. They tell you a lie after another lie to their customers and don’t deliver quality service or the best communication.

I couldn’t give a 5 star rating because my delivery was set for a Friday between 3p-6p and at 5:15p I called the store to ensure that it was still coming and was told that the driver was stuck in traffic and then had to make an emergency service call and my furniture wasn’t even on the delivery truck and he wouldn’t have time to go pick it up before the store closing. Then I was informed that my delivery couldn’t be until Monday because they don’t deliver on the weekends. It was very frustrating because I had gotten rid of my old furniture and I was having a get together that weekend and now I had no furniture. No one had called me about the delay so had I not called to check on the delivery who knows when or if I would have found any of this out.
