I recently visited this Reebok store with the intention of buying new shoes. After selecting five pairs, I decided to buy four of them. However, I noticed in the parking lot that not only had the staff mistakenly given me all five pairs, but the items in the receipt were also incorrect. Acting in good faith, I returned to the store to correct the mistake.Unfortunately, the situation took a turn for the worse. Instead of acknowledging the error and my effort to rectify it, the staff member I dealt with was surprisingly rude. This response was not only disappointing but also completely unexpected, considering I was attempting to help correct their mistake.As a result of this poor customer service, I felt compelled to return all the shoes and leave the store empty-handed. It’s disheartening when honesty and a willingness to help are met with rudeness. This experience has significantly impacted my view of Reebok’s customer service. I hope this feedback is taken as a constructive critique, emphasizing the importance of respectful and appreciative interactions with customers.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS STORE.Bought a pair of shoes here for my dad and tried to exchange it the very next day because he didnot like the color(He only touched it with hand once) . As I walk into the store I was asked to hand over the shoes and receipt which I did and we were looking for some new shoes.Out of blue, a store associate, Justin, walked upto us saying there was a stain on one of the shoe and they can not honor the exchange policy. We tried explaining him it was less than a few hours ago that we had purchased and we had not even tried them on. He insisted that we were responsible and pretty rude the way he spoke to us. While we were still debating how and what was happening he was just tagging along with us and annoying chirping abuses about us. As much as we tried explaining him, more the dumb and rude he had started to act. He wanted us to talk to the manager and wouldn't provide us with his number or away to contact him/her.We might easily blame him that it was their mishandling after we had handed over the shoes at the counter.Justin is honestly is the most disrespectful piece of human I had come across. He should probably learn to talk to adults let alone customers. If Reebok ever has a training curriculum please do educate that chap about it.

I went into the store and did not like the way I was treated. I accidentally hit my vape inside once. I know it was wrong and I did it without noticing to be honest. As soon as I did it I looked at the employee (Chelsea) and I apologized and she continued to yelled at me across the store “ma’am if you smoke again I’m going to have to kick you out”. As if she had told me multiple times but it was the first time. I understand it’s a policy but there is ways to say things and that is not it. Incredibly rude and unfriendly. She came to the check out lane as we were checking out to give us our receipt and she didn’t even say thank you or look at us while she gave it to us. The rudest most unpleasant experience and I don’t think she should be working somewhere where good customer service is required.If you go in, just be expected to be treated horribly.
