Overall experience was good. I was offered upgraded insoles for $75.00. This is 3 times the amount I would have agreed to pay when already spending $300 on boots.

Such amazing service with Mack Rodriguez today at the redwing store I was swapping out my shoes and he completely helped me with my shoes and swapping them to something that helps my foot more this place is amazing very good spot for quality service and people who actually care to provide a service
