The fresh fruit and amazing weekly deals are enough for me to keep coming back. Their fast and efficient service make me happy to do it.
I started shopping here regularly (one curbside order per week) a little while ago because some of the deals are literally too good to pass up.
Every time I place an order it's ready way before the scheduled time and when I pick it up, they bring it out crazy fast.

I really love this store. WM has some crazy people and I don't always feel safe there alone, HEB employees believe they are better than anyone walking in their store. Randall's has mostly kind, hard working employees. They are short staffed at times so it takes a bit to get checked out during peak times. The floral area is fabulous! The fresh veggies and meat depts are also great. I'm from another state so I miss Kroger but Randall's reminds me of a Safeway. This is my favorite and go-to store.

Often has cheapest gas on the whole street but most importantly they have halal meat!! The ribeye was fantastic and priced well!!

Why does this location smell like death? It smells horrible every time we go there, but tonight was the worst ever. It smells so bad that it makes me never want to shop there again. Prices are insane here which already deters me, but the smell is horrific. Nauseating!

I visited this location and was very disappointed. Ryan Higgs the manager FINALLY came to assist me after the Customer Service Team Member Richard held up the service counter line attempting to resolve my issue. I was using the Randall’s App which I use often. I clipped & added my items before shopping. The system didn’t recognize my phone number. None of my items were discounted. Richard advised me to scan the wallet which didn’t work.Ryan Higgs assisted me but was very dismissive. I asked Ryan why my phone number/wallet scan didn’t work? He simply said “I don’t know” and didn’t offer assistance. He seemed a little upset that that he had to scan & adjust the prices. Ryan kept asking me the cost of the items. He is the manager and the sales ad was sitting right on the counter. Today was the most frustrating experience I’ve had at Randall’s. I felt like the customer service could have been better.

Walking up to people in aisles while they are shopping, to offer samples is wierd. There was also a whole bunch(10 or so) of odly staring randalls managers walking around. The shopping carts need to be repaired, there were several with flat spots on the wheels that made noise.

Brought chicken dinner. I have purchased previously for $7.99 a few months ago. TODAY it was $8.99. The quality was extremely disappointing. The 1 breast was only a QUARTER sized; it was extremely dry and tough to chew with dry small wing. The 2 sides green beans and potato salad were smaller portions. I will NOT ever purchase again!

I'm usually ok with the customer service, but tonight I was very displeased with the customer service manager, Jennette. The issue was the the melatonin is buy one get 1free. They only had 1 left. I asked if there was a way I could buy one and come back with a receipt or get a coupon to get my free one later. Another person suggested half off. Jenette, argued immediately said no and we don't usually run this deal. I know Randalls runs this deal, buy one get 1 free maybe once every 3 months. I got annoyed with her because she wasn't going to help and chose to argue with me. I didn't throw anything down I tossed the melatonin at the counter and told her I didn't want them. She threatened me if I was going to throw their products around, I needed to leave without buying any thing. This is not how things should've be handled at a good customer service. Especially if you are a manager. I don't feel Jeanette handled my situation like a good manager should've. I'm the one who chose to stop talking after she kept arguing. My 12 year old son was with me at this time and I personally think a manger should not act like this especially with a child around.

I hadn't shopped at Randall's in maybe 20 years, but felt the urge to try it out this morning. Not only was the selection excellent, but each employee was incredibly kind. I only caught one name and it was Ms. Diane at the check out counter. She's such a doll! I will definitely be back! Thank you!

This Randalls store needs to do a better job of cleaning their store. I just could not purchase any refrigerated cheesecake items because of dead flies lying underneath the cheesecakes. The restroom had a horrible smell. I just walked out with purchasing anything.
