No support for Military while deployed, Max, 30 day travel on the account! We have to call in every 30 days to use our money while deployed. Do not recommend if part of the Military.

The BEST bank! After negative experiences with all of the big banks, we switched to RBank for their kasasa cash checking account. It was a wonderful decision. They give the best customer service and did a wonderful job on our mortgage. It is easy to get help if I have any issues. We’ve been using them for 10 years, and we kept them as our primary bank even after moving. So glad we found them.

Horrible experience with the commercial loan department of this bank. For two years I was told by Travis that they could work with me on my project. I was completely open and honest with him. I can not believe the 20th Century mentality of this bank. I went to open an account and was told that there would be a 9 business day hold on my funds. That's 2 weeks before I can spend a dime of MY money.

I own a business and experienced check fraud for the first time on my account. Someone got a hold of one of my manual checks that I had signed and had been cashed. They took the check, whited out all of the information I had written except for my signature, changed the check number, and deposited it 3 times in one day into various accounts. The people who deposited these checks also experienced fraud. They were told that they were getting paid for something and made the mistake of trusting a stranger online. You hear these stories and think they won't happen to you until it does. This happened while I was on vacation no less. So how did R Bank handle all this? They cancelled my checking account and moved my money to a new account, filled out paperwork so that I could get reimbursed, called me for days after whenever a new charge came in to verify it was legit and more. Zac Parker, my personal banker, was quick and professional. I've been told that I will be refunded my $4000+ this week, only 2 weeks after it happened! That they are personally guaranteeing a full reimbursement even if they can't get the money back! Wow! I will never bank anywhere else.

I walked into RBank to get a 50K CD and was asked to wait until a current customer stepped in front of me for service. I sat there for 30 minutes watching the entire staff laugh and talk about unrelated events while I sat. At the end of 30 minutes, I got up, walked to the door and left.... no one seemed to even notice me. I went to another bank and purchased a CD there in about 10 minutes. I will never return to the RBank Round Rock 620 branch! I recommend that you stay away if you are not a current customer. They obviously do not want new business.
