I recently ordered a turkey sandwich from this QuikTrip location and was very disappointed with the quality. The sandwich was not toasted as expected, and the bread was completely soaked with an excessive amount of ranch and mayo, making it difficult to eat. I hope better training is provided to the staff to ensure consistency and quality before they are assigned to work independently. I usually enjoy QuikTrip's food, but this experience did not meet the usual standards.

Don’t go to this place. They prioritize Caucasian people over people of color and when called out say it doesn’t matter. Keep in mind the attendant was also Caucasian. Don’t usually pay attention to that but when it’s evident and ignores when called out, it’s hard not to see. Will be filling a formal complaint.

I’ve been a regular at this gas station for years, but today was the last straw. I went in to buy cigarettes — something I’ve done a million times — and suddenly, out of nowhere, I was asked for ID. I’m 47 years old, and I’ve been buying from this store for ages without being questioned. But today, because I didn’t have my purse with me, I was treated like some teenager trying to sneak by.
Let’s be real here: the policies at this gas station are wildly inconsistent. Nine times out of ten, no one asks for ID, but today, when I wasn’t carrying my purse, I was refused service. Apparently, common sense and customer loyalty mean nothing here. It’s frustrating to be treated like this after years of frequenting this place, and I can’t help but wonder if the staff is just making up rules as they go.
I get that you need to follow the law, but this was ridiculous. Maybe the management should take a look at the way their staff is handling situations like this — especially when they’re making customers feel like they’re doing something wrong for simply not having a purse on them.

It would be nice to be able to get your gas receipt at the pump, but every time I go I have to go inside for the receipt because the pumps are out of paper. A little initiative to refill the paper is too much to ask, it seems.
