I’ve been using Quick Pharmacy since I moved to Round Rock in 2017 because they accepted a manufacturer’s coupon for a medication my cardiologist prescribed that was quite expensive without.I’ve seen several iterations of staff over the years and they’ve all always been consistently good, nice, friendly, and helpful.Recently, Gilbert has been of great help with that same prescription now that my insurance doesn’t cover it. He’s provided insight and help with next steps to help get another coupon and to communicate with my insurance.I also appreciate the pharmacy’s ability to store a card and their messaging system to share when prescriptions are refilled. They also communicate very well about filling or sharing prescriptions to ensure they’re doing what you need.

Forget the chain store pharmacies. Quick Pharmacy adds a personal touch, you get to know the staff, they can do compound meds, and all at good prices. Highly recommended.

I’m a single mom of two with advanced MS and too many other autoimmune diagnoses to list. Also my son has inherited forms of mental health problems. We are always struggling. We started using Quick Pharmacy after a recommendation. We have been there since before the owner change a little over a year ago. The new owner Gilbert is truly from the very bottom of my heart one of the single most unkind people I’ve ever met with how he treats people who are “lower class” Medicaid and Medicare users. He has not stopped telling me the last handful of times or maybe even longer when we were there that we cost him money instead of make him money. last week he told us he loses 30 dollars a bottle on one of my son’s mental health meds and the prescription was written for 14 not 30 so he was unwilling to order it even though the other 14 would’ve been written he then said in a nasty tone that made me sob and sob for an hour, “those three meds you’re holding I only made $3 on.” That happens with tons of meds here. I eat that!” I asked him, “Why are you telling me this and talking to me this way all the time? Are you wanting us to leave? Why are you bullying me consistently when you could just explain to me it would be easier on you if we used another pharmacy?” He then said, “Those are your words not mine but if you want to go that would be good.” So he withheld my sons mental health meds he’s been out of for days because of his profit margin and then made sure to tell me again for the 5th or 6th time that we were such a financial inconvenience to him. When I tell you I have never been talked to like that by anyone let alone a pharmacist who is supposed to be helping not hurting I was just in shock. His staff is LOVELY. They’re so kind. Omg are they kind. This post is strictly about the owner Gilbert and how he continued to treat someone he swore to take care of. We ended up emergency changing pharmacies who got us the meds same day and were outrageously over the top kind to us. That fact that my son’s meds were withheld and I was yelled at about it was so horrific it’s taken me a week to put my thoughts together over this. It sounds like that place is struggling from what he/they keeps saying and he’s taking it out on me for whatever reason. I get that everyone is hurting financially but good grief who does that to a customer especially knowing all we’ve been through this last year. What was the most disheartening is he made a mistake that was very costly once before and yelled at me and didn’t apologize and I kept waiting for him to apologize and he didn’t. I should’ve known then, he’s only gotten worse and worse as time has gone on. Just be warned he’s kind at first but wow can he turn on a dime and be villainous. Honestly all he had to do was sit down with me and talk about his pharmacy not getting as good of pricing as other pharmacies and so the profit margin wasn’t working for him but he bottled it up and blew and that’s so wrong.

I just had the best experience with Quick Pharmacy! They were able to get me a medication that two other larger pharmacies couldn't. They took time on the phone to really speak with me, and were so personable. When I came to the store to pick up my medication, I was also shopping to get some other medicines the family needed. The pharmacist walked me through the aisles and when I mentioned what I was there to pick up he recognized me by name!I will be moving all my family's prescriptions to Quick Pharmacy!

I cannot say enough good things about Quick Pharmacy. I have been a customer for almost six years, and the staff has always been extraordinarily helpful and kind. Often they go out of their way to call or text me about changes to my prescriptions or to ask if I would like additional prescriptions refilled after I have requested one so that I do not have to make multiple pick-up trips. Recently Gilbert helped me organize all my prescriptions to be refilled at the same time - again to save me time coming to the store. And when I initially called to ask him about this, he had already taken the initiative and was doing it on his own! I highly recommend Quick Pharmacy.

Gilbert provides very friendly, personal service. I use Quick for both myself and my dog's compounded medication - they've worked with me several times to get her stuff exactly right for her, where it's easy to dose. Their delivery driver is such a delight and I greatly appreciate that they deliver to Round Rock.

Super customer service, especially since they are compounding meds for my very elderly dog. Our vet referred them to us, and even though the location is less convenient for us, I'm considering switching our human prescriptions there too

We're a new customer after going to Hippo Pharmacy since it opened. It was a great pharmacy and closed recently. We landed here and Quick Pharmacy has been wonderful to work with. They are just as friendly as Hippo and I dare say faster at refills. We had a problem with our granddaughter getting thyroid meds from the Taylor Walgreens. The staff could not care less about my 5 month old's Thyroid. My daughter was crying, we were furious at the callousness, and I started to plot my revenge if anything happened to my granddaughter. Walgreens can kiss my business goodbye. We called Quick and got several options and the refill. My daughter was like "why would I drive so far for medicine". Now she happily does and Quick pharmacy is why. Oh, and the pharmacist gave me a $65 box of peptide supplements for my torn knee. Just to try and see how it works. It is indeed working. And we're a customer for life.
