I brought in a bracelet that was too short for my wrist, but Q&T was able to add some soldered rings to extend it, and now it's the perfect length I wanted. They did it within a few hours and I was able to pick up my bracelet on the same day I sent it in. I've also sold several of my older 14k and 18k gold chains that I don't wear anymore, and they bought them and cut me a check on the spot. The people there are nice and informative, and I highly recommend this jewelry spot!

One of my favorite places to get my jewelry fixed and to buy. They make you feel very welcomed no matter who you are , and the are very quick with repairs. If you have a necklace or bracelet I’d deff go and prepare for one of the better experiences in Austin

Very nice people. My fiancée and I were looking for wedding bands for a long time before coming here. Most jewelers are on the pushy side, but not at this business. Good prices and quality as well!

Took a watch in to repair. They kept it for a month w no phone call. Or updates. I called them at one point and they couldn't give me any answers, updates or an estimate. I finally went to get it back and they said it was fixed 2 weeks ago. They never called. And they gouged me with the cost. Avoid this business!

I broke a delicate necklace that was customized. Went to Zales to get it fixed since that's where it was bought- they quoted me 110% of what the necklace cost. They wanted me to just buy a new one. I found this local jewelry shop, walked in, got greeted right away with smiles. He looked at my necklace and gave me a very reasonable price to get it fixed. When I picked it up, you wouldn't even be able to tell where I broke it. It was fixed very well and quickly! Highly recommend this local jeweler!!

Fantastic experience! They handled a very emotional project for me with care and kindness. Merging my late husbands wedding ring, and mine, into a new ring for me. They designed a beautiful ring at a reasonable price. I love it!!!

Can not say enough good things about this place! They resized my great- grandmother’s rings recently and did a wonderful job. And when I came in to have my engagement ring cleaned they were so fast and polite (and it was complimentary!). We will definitely be coming back here to shop for wedding bands.

Left my Seiko solar watch to have the battery replaced. After 7 days, no phone call for update, went back to the shop. Said part would be in that day but couldn’t guarantee work would be completed by that day or the next. Lack of communication left me with no confidence in this store. I asked for my watch back and left.

Helpful staff and very pretty stuff, and professional care and service. Price $$$$ parking is easy , walk through the metal sensor to walk inside the store . , 2 chairs available to sit in . Have purchased a chain and few days later it was broken by the simple tug and pull of the T-shirt and the chain broke and I had to go back to the same store and get it fixed and it was so helpful to know that they were able to fix it in such a short time and got a phone call back when the chain was fixed and there was Zero to pay as a copay. Again customer service just asked me how it happens and filled out a simple piece of paper with your name and your phone number and address.

I've had a watch repaired here and they fixed the clasp on a necklace. I have also bought jewelry from them and they cleaned it after I bought it along with jewelry I was wearing when I came in.

I got engaged during COVID and it was extremely hard to find any store that would help me with getting a ring. Q &T was able to help me during this extremely turbulent time and gave me such an amazing discount on my .5 carat diamond and band. Their diamond ring work is incredible and unique. I moved out of the state when I got married and haven’t been back in two years. I recently went back as I’m visiting home, and got my ring cleaned for free. They remembered me and let me try on a diamond stacking ring, which I fell in love with as well. Received that on a discount too. Overall have loved my experience in this store!
