I just came in to buy 2 track pants , African-American dude was super helpful. The guy with the glasses. I tried so many T-shirts, I didn’t buy them, but he folded it for me and helped me super super super service. Especial the Hispanic girls on the floor were so nice. I will definitely be back. Very happy

Terrible Customer Service! Consistent communications with corporate that do not value the customer. In 2024, technology exists to properly order and deliver products but PUMA maintains an old technology platform and thus does not help or value customers!

I have to admit, I very rarely go into a Puma store. Wow has times changed. Amazing deals. Clean. Friendly staff. Love the F1 options. My son says Puma does offer Premier League gear. Sadly no premiere gear this trip but will return.

I tried to purchase something got in line waited for enough time then the associate told me I am waiting in the wrong line she told me to move to the actual line and she will take care of me because I was there before everyone , when I moved she checked out other people not me. Then I asked for a manager they the manager is busy, poor customer service, unprofessional behavior over all I don’t recommend this location, waste of time because I drove from south Austin and bought nothing from them. I hope someone check the cameras and confirm what I said .

Hardly any staff! After only browsing two shoes, I stepped out to shop elsewhere and the store rep followed me outside just to say, “I would appreciate you putting shoes back in the box”. Just two shoes is all I tried! Come on man .. what’s next, I check myself out? What are you for? You didn’t even come ask me if I needed help!

Yesterday I went to round rock store and store manager lady are very rude, she talk rudely with customers! She is kind of unprofessional & uneducated lady ! Counter staff are great. Will never go this location!!
