I have used James for several years. I never had a issue up until now. I had two cars he offered to buy both of them and gave me a lowball offer for my Acura so I declined so he continue to offer to buy my Honda which I accepted. , he worked on my Acura and only fixed half of what needed to be done. He made several lies in order to drop the price on the Honda. He continued to delay on win my Acura would be ready and he continued to and purchasing the Honda when he finally had my Acura ready very rudely and aggressively demanding payment for the service on the Acura, I asked if he was going to buy the car as I had made several attempts cleaning the Honda and he refused and said he needed to check it out first, purchasing it for another several days. On the day that he promised he’d have a purchase amount he did not contact me. I had to reach out to him asking what was he going to buy the car for? He said he would call me later because he was still not at work. I received a text message that he refused to buy my car, which I had already informed there was a part that was wrong with it. I asked him to return my car that I was very unhappy with how I was treated and how he has lied to me and his unreliability and having my car ready when that was not the case , he refuses to reply or return my car or inform me when I can pick up my car has ignored all of my messages and therefore has stolen my Honda. I am having to report my car stolen and will be taking him to court for have stolen my car. The sad part is this man claims to be a religious honest man, which is truly sad that you go to church every Sunday praise God, and yet steal someone’s car

Still blown away by the outstanding service from James on Monday. I was looking to purchase a used car and he came out and inspected both cars I was looking at. He was honest, detailed and very knowledgeable. I will drive to him for as many mechanical repairs I can going forward.

I highly recommend Profleet mobile mechanic. James came out and installed a new fuel pump on my wife's car and it runs as good as when I bought the car new. James was very polite and knows his work. Great job and reasonably priced.

Highly recommend and Excellent service mobile mechanic! The mechanic I spoke with was James. I was having issues with the starter on my Hummer H3, I called got a quote for labor to get the starter replaced. I was given a quote that was within my budget and I was happy with. So I got the part ordered, once I had the part I place a call to them and asked if they were still able to do this job, they confirmed the quote and through texts and phone calls we got my Hummer scheduled for two days out. James arrived right on schedule and started the job, within an hour he had got the truck back up to proper starting. Thanks again for getting my truck running! I will definitely schedule future upgrades and repairs with them.

Late Thursday night coolant was pouring out of my engine. Friday morning I called a half dozen places that said it would be days or weeks before they could help me.My wife read about ProFleet on the Nextdoor app so I called them. It was now almost noon. We scheduled a tow, got it to their shop, it was diagnosed, quoted and parts ordered. I received a text message with a link, I processed payment and repairs were done at 4:15pm. Then they sent an Uber to pick me up so I could get my car before the weekend.I have NEVER experienced this level of speed, communication, and quality of work. Now I’m planning to return for upgrades like suspension work etc. This is where I want to spend my money.
