Kind and professional staff. The employees are helpful, I couldn't be there earlier than closing time and yet they sent someone for a COVID test. Easy registration, quick and easy test outdoors, without leaving your car. The fastest "PCR" results even in peak periods.

I didn’t receive the results on time as they proclaimed. Paid $150 for nothing. After enquiring the following message received.Thank you for your email. After review, it was processed when received in our lab but results came back invalid.

This place has consistent false negative results. DO NOT GO HERE! Well, unless you want a false result. This is irresponsible and careless to give people false negatives when this could cost someone their life if spread. Please do not go to this place.

We got 3 false negatives. We tested positive the night before on an at home kit, then negative at Pro Lab the following morning. We got results very fast, but we tested again at Curative just 4 hours later and we were positive. I'm not sure their tests are legit if at home tests are more accurate.

This lab gave us 2 false negatives, when we were in fact positive through a PCR test done through our normal doctor. These tests are not reliable. Please go elsewhere!

I’m concerned that their lab processing isn’t correct. I tested with them on Monday and it was negative. On Tuesday, my doctor did a rapid on me and it was positive. I went back to this place right after I left the doctor because I needed a PCR for work and it was still negative! So Wednesday I went to a new place to get tested for a PCR and it was positive. I’m really concerned people are getting tested here thinking they just have a bad cold after receiving false negative results! I didn’t have to wait long and got my results really fast though if that counts for anything.

I highly recommend this testing facility. Staff is quick to respond to emails. The entire process is efficient and simple. Same day results received!

Their drive through Covid tests are VERY inaccurate. They gave my entire family false negative results. We took at home tests that same night as well and tested positive, when we all knew we were sick and got it from known exposure. 3 false negatives. It's a scam I'm sure, to grab your info. Be careful y'all

They were awesome (yesterday) with testing . Even though the results are going to be delayed , this morning the gentleman was extremely nice & helpful. The only feedback I would give to leadership is be proactive about putting information on the website stating results will be delayed . Thank you all ! I know it's a hectic time
