I can't express how pleased we have been with Primrose. We came from another location due to staffing and quality of care issues. Not only were these directly addressed by Primrose but they have gone above and beyond our expectations. The thing I love the most is their communication. They have an app to track activity for the children throughout the day but are also constantly leaving personal notes about how they are actually doing, not just the class. When our toddler was going through potty training they had a meeting with my wife and I to go over what they were planning to do at school so that we could try and replicate it at home. That joint approach made it a very quick and mostly (lol) painless process. They also do milestone assessments to know exactly where our children's development is and notify us of areas of focus for them with our kids. Finding childcare can be very frustrating, but you rest assured that Primrose has it covered and will treat your children (and you) with the care and respect that they deserve.

The administration staff and teachers are amazing. Consistency and tenure were very important to us when selecting a school for our son. We are happy with his progress thanks to the care and attention of everyone at the school!

We’re very thankful to the Primrose family of Round Rock North. The teachers are very patient with our son, helping him navigate through the difficult adjustments that he’s had to make. The staff is super friendly and welcomes us by name every time we enter the school building. The school also organizes events to cultivate a fun and healthy environment for students, teachers and parents like teacher appreciation days, student dress up/fun days, and our favorite - the once a month Parents Night Out where our son enjoys pizza and movies at the preschool while us parents go out on a date!

Our son has been at Primrose for 3 months now after having a nanny for nearly 2 years and we couldn’t have found a better school & childcare!Everyone here is so friendly and caring and they really seem to do their best to make your child comfortable and promote their development. They are true professionals and have ways of working through concerns and milestones. We are so happy that we chose Primrose!

We’ve been at Primose School of RR for almost 4 months and we have been completely happy with our experience. Starting with our consultation with Alyssia who was able to see us in very short notice. Ms. Kimberly & Ms. Jackie always having a greeting smile when we walk through the doors! My son absolutely loves his teachers/class and in just those 4 months we’ve seen so much growth in him. We are very happy with our experience so far!!

This is a great school that you can trust with your child. They communicate well, keep all the babies safe and help to navigate through all the learning experiences as kids grow. Teachers are caring, approachable and transparent in their communication. They sincerely want to see your child to succeed. I was worried about sending my little one to any school, but now I definitely have a peace in my heart and feel confident that she will be safe, taken care of and enjoy her day with all her friends.

This school is just awesome, I have no words to express how comfortable I feel leaving my kids here knowing they are in good hands, they have exceeded our expectations. They take good care of their staff which I love because consistency is very important for the kiddos. I 100% recommend them. School's/ Daycare's like these are very hard to find.

This wonderful school takes care of my child so well she doesn't want to leave at the end of the day! This school takes really good care of their teachers and staff which speaks volumes because these ladies take really good care of my child! Ms. Haven, Ms. Alley, and Ms. Adrian are amazing with curriculum. My little one brings home wonderful pieces of artwork and classwork and that is Pre K! Thank you all so much!!

We transfered our little guy to Primrose almost two years ago and we are sorry we didn't explore them before. I wish he'd only ever gone to Primrose of Round Rock North. Everyone is so amazing. He loves going there every day and is involved in all the extracurriculars as well. The communication from teachers and other staff is very frequent and proactive. Last year he slipped and hurt himself and very quickly, we were getting a call about what happened, steps taken and steps moving forward. I feel very fortunate to be able to have our son there. The fact that they'll work with you to coordinate on potty training is amazing to me. I have no idea how we would have done it withou Miss Kayla. We are very well supported and you can tell the teachers there have a strong vocation for their work. He loves Miss Azalia and Miss Kierstyn, who are SO caring towards all the kids. I can't recommend this place enough. The attention is unparalleled. I was having trouble getting more kids to RSVP for my son's birthday and Miss Kimberly wisely suggested to also print out invitations in addition to the digitals. She offered to print and distribute herself. Seriously. I wish this place ran all the way to 12th grade!

We've been so happy with this school. We noticed a night and day difference in their development in the few months that we've been here. The staff is so amazing with how they deal with the many allergies (6 out of the top 8 allergens) that our kids have and are forthcoming with information if asked. Our kids enjoy coming to school and always come home excited with all the new things they learned!A 5 star school and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

My daughter has attended this school since October 2022. I was concerned that she wouldn’t adjust after being in home daycare most of her life, but the teachers have so much patience and lots of love! The front desk staff are always friendly and approachable. It’s comforting to know that your child is well cared for when you are working. The curriculum fosters positive learning experiences no matter where your child is developmentally. They are definitely teaching independence and preparing all students for elementary school! They have so many activities; book fairs, festivals, themed days/events! They keep it exciting for the children and the kids absolutely love Friday cookies prepared by the chef. I think the cookies are the highlight of the week for the children and the parents!!!

This is a great school with wonderful and attentive teachers and staff. We are greeted with kindness and smiles at drop off and receive the same energy at pickup. My child loves attending each day and I am happy I made the decision to enroll her into their early education program.

Let me first highlight the things we love about this school:•Entrance feels safe and secure•There is always staff at the entrance•The app allows you to send messages and communicate with staff/teachers•Fantastic communication on activities, lessons, meals for the week, and expectations for parents & kids•We see teachers celebrating 3, 5, 7+ years of being employed here•PARENTS NIGHT OUT! (After-hours childcare once a month...for a fee, of course.)•Drop offs are smooth and seeing my toddler waltz right in, forgetting to even hug me bye, actually gives me the confidence they're comfortable here•If my toddler does have a hard time being dropped off, a teacher is always quick to come get them and make them distracted and comfortable so I can leave and get to work•Consistency! Our toddler is potty training and staff has been a HUGE help•Variety of photos of our toddler doing different activities throughout the day•They are EXCITED to go to school!•Backpack and sleeping bag are providedNow for the nitty-gritty...•Parking lot. I wish it were a one-way. Too many cars coming and going in different directions. It can be a little hectic.•Uniforms (after age 3 & potty trained). I don't want to pay for it or have strangers see my child's school name on their shirt when we go to the store after pick up. They might have some with only the logo, but I've yet to find out.And that's it! We had a lot of issues at our toddler's other school; short staffed on the daily, teachers quitting or getting fired, high turn over, new principal every quarter (if not less than that), was told to put my toddler in pull-ups cause they didn't have enough staff to help with potty training, nobody was ever at the entrance, only get maybe one picture of my child and it would always be the same activity, drop offs were awful and they'd cling to me and staff would never come help, etc etc..TLDR old school was awful.

I absolutely love this preschool! The teachers are deeply involved in each child’s development, providing invaluable support, especially during challenging milestones like potty training. Their efforts to include parents through events and at-home activities are exceptional. This isn’t just a school; it’s a supportive community for both kids and parents. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my boy’s early education!

I work for an enrichment program that provides a dance class at Primrose Round Rock North. I have loved the opportunity of getting to work with this school! Both their administrative staff and teachers are top of the line. From my time of getting to work with them I have felt very welcomed, appreciated and known. Based on interactions I have witnessed between the staff and the parents and their kids, I can tell those characteristics are reflected even more. They are on top of anything and everything and they truly care for every child entrusted to them. Overall an amazing school to get to be apart of!
