Worst place ever chopped my hair off that was a real long one side is longer than the other side. Had to go to somebody else to fix the problem.

First off, you should listen to when someone corrects you regarding their name. This was the start of a terrible service provided by your staff. The member who assisted today with the haircut did not allow for any explaining regarding how it would be styled, went based off pictures and assumed that is what was wanted to a T. The only time they spoke was to berate and make rude comments, when it was their lack of understanding that led to the issue. Teach your staff manners, or hire people who can grasp them.

You will get a pretty great cut here for the price. The ladies have always done a great job, and I come here regularly now after other salons that have consistent overturn of staff, which makes it hard to find someone to cut your hair right the same way each time. These barbers that work here really seem like they love what they do and care about how your hair turns out and have been there for a while. I'd definitely recommend it at this point. Ask for Kaysha. She will do a great job. ?

I was desperate for a hair cut and different hair style. Carol Ann cut and styled my hair from long flimsy hair to layering and feathering fullness with character. Wonderful job.
