Great staff, I dropped my necklace over there, called when I got home and they found it and kept it for me :) The machines are also very good.

This is the worst customer service. Never open a membership here. They won't let you close it. Even if you moved out of state.

Fees are crazy don’t do it. Paid the initial which was close to $100 plus membership fee, two weeks later got the first months’ membership fee. I paid the no contract cancel whenever plan. And two months later they charged the annual fee plus membership. Other gyms don’t nickel and dime you for your fitness journey. There are more affordable options. Don’t trust their “no contract plan” when they still charge the annual.

The gym is Beautiful, nice and clean and lots of areas to work out. The Membership are very affordable too. Love it !!

All the time have the same problem with the water fountain. The water fillers NOT working and many of the legs machines don’t work. Then need to do something with that ASAP

The manager of the club was so helpful in getting my husband and I set up, given some issues that we had with it. She took a break from a meeting to attend to us. I could also tell that she supports and trains the associates well from how she related with them while we were there.

I was visiting Texas for a while and I went there and get a subscription, I specifically asked for the cancellation fee because I was visiting so I just want to sign up for a couple months, the lady that signed me up told me that the most expensive membership was the one for me because it didn’t had any cancellation fee, I asked her about 3 or 4 times because this happened to me in the past with another gym and she told me that I had nothing to worry about, now that I want to cancel the subscription, they want me to pay the cancellation fee, besides they overcharge me twice for the subscription, don’t go to this gym, they’re such a scam!
