Although the store has quite the selection and nice layout, customer service was not there for example i asked the clerk for a sealed product but he then turns his back to me to put everything from the display item in the box and faked the motion of giving me a new product and lied to me about the deal.

They have awesome tobacco related things. Also they have knives and tons of tobacco in every variety. I roll my own cigarettes, and they sell by the ounce so I've always got great tobacco.

Stopped in on Saturday and had another great experience. They had the cigars I wanted and I was helped by the same gentleman who helped me on my last visit. He has a wealth of knowledge. I didn't catch his name but I will next time. Recently I've had a rough time with cigars not burning evenly and going out. We'll, he suggested that my humidor may have lost its seasoning. So he basically set me up with a temporary humidor to store my sticks while I reseason my humidor. He didn't charge me anything for the stuff either. I smoked 2 of the cigars I bought this weekend and they smoked great. I'm so happy that I was able to enjoy my cigars again and I'm looking forward to getting my humidor back in shape. Pipe World in RR is the best place to go for cigars and anything else you need. Great experience at Pipe World and the best service!

Great cigar shop its the best cigar shop in Round rock. The staff are very friendly and also very knowledgeable about there cigar products, and have a huge selection to choose from. I've been goin here only about 1 year and I won't go anywhere else to get grade A premium CIGARS!

Stopped in for some Christmas gifts. Very cool and relaxed place. Staff super helpful and zero sales pressure. Lounge area looked inviting (although we didn't partake) definitely will return.
