I bring my dog for day boarding. She is not interested in doggie daycare with other dogs. (She does get to go out with them for parts of the day and enjoys that). They have freat hours and everyone seems to truly enjoy their job and the animals.

For the price we paid we felt misled and nickel-and-dimed throughout the process: Our dogs weren't allowed to play with others so we had to pay MORE for individual play time. And we had to pay for each dog - but that didn't double the play time. 1 person just played with both? So why double the cost. For a daily update it's $6/dog/day - even though they share a room! For $150/day you would think a simple update would be included. We weren't told about a daily $5/dog/day charge because it's Spring Break until AFTER we checked in, via text - not like we can do anything at that point, we've already left town! There were other things that came up, but our total for the week was almost $1,400 and it wasn't worth half that. We won't be returning, and we've told everyone who has asked about our experience.

If you care about your furry family member, then don't bring them here. I had a last-minute trip, and they were kind enough to accept my dog Cane. He was bathed and groomed before dropping him off for 5 days/ 4 nights. I called several times to check on Cane to see if he was eating since I knew his eating habits, and each time, they lied to me, telling me he ate all his food. Cane never finishes his food. He likes to save some to eat later. So, I started looking at reviews, specifically the negative reviews, and saw a pattern of how they treated pets that had me very concerned about how Cane was being treated. When I returned from my trip, I went to pick him up, and when I arrived, I asked to see where they were keeping Cane, I wanted to see him in the kennel, and the conditions he was being kept in. At first, they said I couldn't, then they agreed and walked me down to the row he was in, but they said I couldn't walk down the row to see him in his kennel? Very suspicious, like they don't want you to see the conditions in the individual kennels. I went back to the front to wait for them to bring Cane. When he came out, he smelled terrible, like he had been laying in pee and feces, and his doggy bed and toys that I had taken smelled just as bad. I had to bathe him as soon as I had gotten him home. I also found that he had sores and small injuries all over his hind quarters. I had opted for Cane not to be socialized with other animals, so either they ignored that request, and he was injured or they were abusing my dog. If you care about how your pet is treated, I would not, under any circumstances, recommend anyone to bring their furry family member to PetSuites.

Pet Suites of Round Rock is an amazing place to bring your pets to! As a boarding facility, I would recommend them above all others. Their attention to detail & safety puts me at ease whenever I leave my dogs with them to board. I highly recommend them! My dogs love it there too!

This was my first time leaving my dog Luna so I was very nervous. The staff was welcoming and thoughtful answering all my questions. They were responsive when I reached out for updates. I truly felt that they treated Luna with love and kindness during her stay. I will definitely send Luna to Petsuites again.

We were so nervous to board our sweet pup for the first time but it was the absolute best experience! The staff was so kind and communicative, and the pawgress report at the end of her visit was so informative and precious! Our pup also received an exit bath and they did it perfectly - she is so soft!PetSuites gave us the peace of mind we needed to leave our pup. There is no better feeling than knowing you're leaving your fur baby with people who truly care about the well-being of your pet. We will definitely be using PetSuites again for our future boarding needs!

We really appreciated having a place to board our cat. The cages were clean with lots of space for them to "roam". There was also a privacy panel where they could "hide". We got a report at the end with how he did. We would definitely use PetSuites Round Rock again.

Its a bit pricey sometimes, so we just do the basic boarding. They take really great care of our dogs, during our last trip, one of my dogs had an upset tummy, they texted to inform me and asked if they could give him pumpkin to help. I said of course, and he was great the rest of his stay.

Tess absolutely loves going to see her human and doggy friends here! Everyone who works there is great and I never worry when I drop her off. This was the 3rd playcare place that I took her to after I adopted her. I didn't have great experiences at the first two so I'm very thankful that I found this place for her (and for my peace of mind). She's been going there about twice a week since March and no issues at all! Highly recommend!

I don’t normally leave these kinds of negative reviews, and honestly I can’t believe I’m the only pet parent who is writing about this (but perhaps something has changed). When I picked my boy up last time from his stay at Pet Suites, the staff nonchalantly wanted me to sign a new form. I read it carefully and it was a waiver that succinctly stated that their facilities may not be outfitted with fire alarms/ceiling sprinklers, and that there wasn’t an employee at the site 24 hours a day. The form continued to state that Pet Suites would not be held liable in the event that something happened due to this. After what happened up here in Georgetown and all those dogs died due to these exact issues, I did not appreciate being asked to sign away my right to go after a business for not doing the right thing and keeping my furry family member safe. I would have paid more knowing he was safe, and wish Pet Suites would do the right thing by the dogs and their customers. Please read what you sign folks! If you board your dog here just know that they showed their true colors. Instead of doing the right thing to ensure pets are safe, they chose instead to pass that down to the customers and make it mandatory you sign away their liability. My dog loved coming here, too, which is what makes this especially sad, but this experience has broken my trust. We’ve found other pet sitting resources and I feel much better knowing my sweet guy will be as safe as when he is home with me.

My Westie loves “going to school” at Pet Suites. As soon as we turn down the street of the facility, she gets very excited and is so happy to get out of the car and go play. At pickup, she is happy, hungry, and tired—which tells me she had a great time.
