I wish there was an opportunity to give zero stars, but the app won't allow it. Absolute WORST customer service I've ever received or been a part of, and I worked in a call center for 3 years. Bought a perfume as a Christmas present and was just a bit off (EDP versus Le Parfum). Came back to this store 2 days after Christmas to do a simple exchange. Not only was this not allowed, but received extraordinarily rude treatment from the manager.I don't live in the area, so coming back out of my way to be denied the product, opportunity to exchange, refund, AND treated poorly was egregious. In this age of inflation, you're better off paying full price than trying your hand at doing commerce here.Cherry on top, there are several places where you can get products cheaper than here! Just checked fragrance.net and could get the product I accidentally purchased here for $30 less. GO TO TRY, BUT NOT TO BUY!!!

The sales tech referenced me to a perfume called Gia mademmoiselle by Gia Lucca. The tester she sprayed was potent. When I got home and I opened my box of perfume it smelled like nothing but alcohol and being that this is an Eau De Parfum it should last longer than a toilette. The store personnel was rude and would only let me exchange it for the same perfume. They opened another box. It smelled the same. Straight alcohol. Nothing like the tester. They still wouldn’t exchange it for something else other than this particular perfume. I’m convinced at this point that their perfumes are knockoffs. Do not shop here! For a $99 bottle of perfume it should definitely smell like the perfume and not straight alcohol. Don’t buy!

Very bad service for an exchange, they refused to exchange it because it was atomized for once and they had not given me any proof before purchasing. Even though I would buy a more expensive one.

They sold us some cheap international brands that are not available on online store or for that matter anywhere else in US. We were told they are the top seller in perfumania. Even though they eau de parfum, it lasts les than an hours. Stay away from this store they are probably selling fakes.

Bad service I don't like the manager attitude I walk to see a perfume and she discriminate me by the way I look because she thought I couldn't effort bad service and bad energy from that place there are more places in the mall with way better service than those people

The store was packed and there was absolutely zero rhyme or reason to how they were assisting customers. Even though we were standing at the counter waiting, I watched several customers who arrived after us being helped first. When I finally asked if we could be helped, the gentlemen (he has preciously ignored our presence) was very rude. I will not be giving them anymore business. Get it together

The listed hours show 9 o'clock. I arrive at 8 which is more than enough time to pick up what I had wanted to purchase. The doors are locked. I see the attendants inside leaning on the counter conversing. Either they closed early and remained on the floor, or the hours posted are incorrect. This is a great inconvenience for people traveling to come to the store.
