I had the worst experience today I had to leave with my son the employee with blonde dreads is horrible. He was cussing nonstop saying the n word you could smell the alcohol on his breath and commenting on every woman that walked in the store I will never shop here again how can employees come and drink on the clock.

Seeing employees vaping while clocked in is just… wow. On top is another chain reaction of unprofessional management throughout the store which leads back to the way they (employees) treat costumers in the store.

Great clothes horrible staff. They didn’t know how the hell a coupon worked I asked one simple question if I could use the coupon no reply. Then she told me I couldn’t use it at all but lo and behold I could. Do better.

Came to do a quick return and there was a hand written sign saying they will be back soon. Not timeline. Very unprofessional.When I called the girl said she was alone and on break. She reluctantly came out to do the return. She said that the machine was not giving her the option to do a cash return and she had to give me in store credit. When I said that was not acceptable she said it was her first time closing and to just come back another day. Waste of a 30 minute drive.

Arrived at 7:58. I know it's close to closing but I knew what I was buying and would have been in and out in 2 mins. Doors were locked. Employee saw me at the door and didn't care.

Great store to visit on vacations! My family always visits the outlet when we visit Austin. Has great sales and the manager is fairly helpful, actually leaving the review because he helped me pick between two dresses last time I came by! LOL! Only complaint is it's a little cluttered in the clearance areas

Best PacSun I’ve been to hands down. Nicest team, store is always clean and organized. Last time I visited I was looking for some gifts for a friend, and Sam was super helpful!

3/12 @6:30pm: The young lady working did not greet me when I walked in, I said hello and she said hello back with an attitude. I asked to get in the fitting room, she said with an attitude that it was closed, with no explanation! I told her at the register when checking out that I would try the pants on in my car after paying and would come back to return them if they did not work! I tried them on and they did not fit so I went back to return them and she says with an attitude that they do not do same day returns. I will not be going back to that location!

Almost everytime when I go to that store everything is great, but today I run into a employee that literally yelled all the customers inside the store to leave because it was her break, she said that on a sunday, when the outlet is full of people, a very bad customer service experience if you ask me

Went on Saturday 9/24 around 5pm and were greeted with unfriendly workers. There were only two high school girls who seemed very bothered by our presence. We were still shopping when they informed us they both wanted to take their breaks at the same time, so they were gonna close the whole store, and we had to make our way to check out asap. Although they were both clearly in high school, it wouldn’t hurt for them to be the least bit mature and learn some manners. It’s never too early to learn how to be professional in a work setting.

Good customer service. Friendly. Jeans don't seem to be for the curvy (hips or butt). Not a surprise but I was hopeful. They had a fun selection of pants and summer clothing.

It used to be one could get a bargain at the outlets. Pac Sun is not one of these places here. During the summer you will also toast. Its time to upgrade this area. It's stuck in the 80'sGreat staff friendly service too.
