While moving across country can be stressful, I had a great experience. My movers on both ends were careful, my driver was communicative, and custom service was always quick to respond. I also found the price to be mid-level, which is what I wanted. Came in exactly on budget, with nothing lost or damaged.

This being my first time hiring a company for an interstate move I was very skeptical, but the whole process was easier than I expected with North American Van Lines. From the moment they came to do an in-house estimate to the final destination, I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and quality of the work. They explained everything and always contacted me to see how things were going. I am so glad I chose them to do my move.

Very happy with the whole experience of moving with these guys (I'd never done a big, cross-country move before). Everyone I dealt with--from Josh to Rober, my driver, along with all of the movers at both ends--was very helpful, courteous, and professional. Nothing at all was either broken or misplaced, and the whole thing was smooth and efficient as well. Will definitely use them again when/if I need to do another move.

Good overall process from quoting, contracting, packing, loading, unloading. All work done as scheduled. We moved a 3-bedroom household from TX to KS and were in regular contact with the local office and over the road crew. The driver crew was great and very experienced. The local crew no so much. The quality of the local crew packing should have been better - missing and broken items. Could be resolved with more customer oversight. Overall good experience and we would recommend NAVL for household moves.
