Awesome place. Went in with a fuel leak by my engine on my Cavalier. Fixed it right up. Quick response and very reasonable pricing. Will definitely go back whenever anything else is needed to be done.

Beware !!!I took my Jeep to the shop and they completely misdiagnosed the problem. They told me that my Jeep had a “wobbly crankshaft” and that the engine was going to fail. They were going to change me thousands of dollars for a new engine that wasn’t needed. I later took my Jeep to another shop and found out that the problem was a bad harmonic balancer, which only cost $250 to fix.BEWARE!!

Strange, I already left a review. Perhaps the reviews are being deleted - so I'm not too lazy to leave a new one. Terrible. John is already too old to run the business.He charged me $100 to fill the air conditioner, as a result, a month later I did it again at another service.When I came to sign up for a service on another issue - we agreed, I arrived - but John said that he could not accept me, and this happened several times.When I brought in two of my own original new engine mounts he said he would replace them in an hour and $420. That's an unreasonably high price for John's level of trash can.When you visit him, he writes down your number on a piece of paper and loses it. Head prices. This does not work in 2023.Awful service.I'd rather learn how to service a car myself than go to John's again. Probably in old Texas 50 years ago he was a nice guy, but now it's time for him to go down in history.If this review is also deleted, I will do my best to let John's clients know the truth. You don't have to do this, John.

John, the owner of Motorman Garage was extremely friendly and he went above and beyond to get my vehicle up and running after it had not been driven in a couple of years. His estimate quote was fair and honest.He called me the afternoon he got the car and said it was ready to be picked up! Super fast service! There were no hidden fees and he didn't try to up-charge me for anything. When I picked up the vehicle, not only did he fix everything for me but he also washed my car!He is an honest mechanic and one you can trust to fix everything without trying to upsell. John is a straight shooter who does great work for a really fair price. He will fix what needs fixing and is proactive. If he sees a problem, he calls to let you know and will quote you for the work. Motorman Garage was able to fit us in the same day I called about a needed brake repair--they got the job done and our vehicle back to us that afternoon. When an unanticipated complication arose from that repair, they promptly took care of it and resolved the issue.
