I cannot say enough about the Monica Story Team! I have been a loyal State Farm customer for years. Monica and her team inherited me when my previous agent retired. I was nervous about the transition to a new agent, but it was flawless. A lot has changed for my family in the past six months. They have been there every step of the way to offer guidance, assurance and peace of mind. From auto to life and everything in between, Monica, Connie and Regina have been a true Godsend. Honest and amazing service! I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

I had the pleasure to talk with Connie Davis regarding a quote for auto and homeowners insurance. Connie was precise, knowledgeable and responsive to all of my questions. She has the patience of a saint. She was super courteous, sweet and kind! I highly recommend Connie Davis as your new insurance agent!

Hayden Worrell is the man! Helped me bundle my home & auto and saved me a couple hundred bucks per month in doing so! Whole process took all of 15 minutes, quick and easy. Already referring other family and friends over to him.

Connie called me back promptly at the date and time I asked her to. She had all paperwork prepared and she explained clearly all coverage, limits, and discounts on the quote. Connie was very easy to work with and I feel like we will have a wonderful working relationship.

i have never been disappointed in the service i have received from the people that staff this State Farm office. i signed on with them back in the 90's (was Daryl Mitchell then) for my auto and Round Rock office insurance and i would never think of changing. Monica has been a great follow up, and everyone in the office seems to take great pleasure in "going the extra mile" to take care of my needs. 'So grateful that they are here. Bob Yeager
