These folks are great, they do a good job on your car and save you lots of time and sweat equity. Make sure you tip when you pay your service writer. Ask for military discount if you're eligible.

On Saturday july 13 I took my car here. When I picked it up is was not clean. Dust was still everywhere. They didn’t wipe down the doors, dust was everywhere. When I talked to the manager he was rude and said they are not going to detail my car. I said I understand that and I know what I paid for (which was the most expensive one) I said that the least they could do is wipe it down because they couldn’t trow away some empties water bottles. The manager was very rude if I’m not mistaken his name is Sam he got a tag and started wiping with a very ugly attitude. My car did not look like someone just cleaned at all. My 10 year old son does a better job when he cleans my car

They were awesome and extremely fast,great manager,she's so kind and helpful! The staff are very friendly and do a great job. I strongly recommend this location considering I've been to all them and for full service this one is the best by far. Daniel's awesome too,always great to see and catch up with. Definitely deserves a raise,he's always going the extra mile to make sure customers are happy and satisfied with the service ?

I use to work here, the employees seemed to be extremely defensive, not sure why. One occasion a customer came back because he believed something was stolen and the gm immediately got hostle, it was completely unnecessary, that's not how you descalate a situation. I quit the next day, very uncomfortable employees and management. You guys are car wash associates not correctional officers

First time arriving at this branch. I had some friends with me and I told the lady that I’m in a hurry and if I could please get my car vacuumed myself so it’s more efficient on time so she said they would need to vacuum themselves so because nobody told us to go wait in the inside bldg they had 3 new customers pull up so get their car cleaned before my got started on. That’s pissed me off because I told the lady I was in a rush. They make you pay $15 for them vacuum inside and definitely not a good job whipping Down the car either! I posted this last Sunday but owner took it down but I have bad customer service so much that I want yall to know that bad

This was my first visit and it was such a disappointment. I paid for your top package with interior. There was still so much dirt on my car as well as visual trash inside.
Windows was smeared.
For 46.00 and first time
Very disappointed.
I actual left ans went to a free vacuum and had to do it myself.
This is horrible and felt like it was rushed because i came at 5pm and they closed at 6pm. I will be posting review.
Very upset customer!!!!

So I am a member. I don't mind the pricing. I do not like the new car wash they have. It doesn't clean the fenders and sides of car nearly as good. I have to go through it 2 or 3 times now. The other thing I don't like is if you call to speak to someone you can only leave a message. Lastly most of the locations their crews are very nice.

I was visiting Austin staying at a hotel nearby and noticed that the car had gotten a few bird droppings on the windows so decided to hit the car wash on the way out…wish I hadn’t gone there. Paid for the base plus exterior wash and the staff at the check out asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I agreed thinking that there would be someone wiping off the car at the end like all the other washes I frequent. There wasn’t anyone wiping off the car. So why tip? The wash barely used any water and the bird dropping still on window. I voiced my concern and the management and they let me go through again but same results still had bird dropping on front window so I left. Won’t recommend or return.
