I took my car to oil change on Nov 26 and then my car got break down and show up the engine oil on Dec 05 and it leak a lot while I drive to Houston , I have to stop the car at side of road and call the roadside to pick up my car to the nearest car repair, they find out Midas mechanic they forgot to put back the plug for the oil so the oil keep leak since that they until the they it came out over and no engine oil , my car was so luck that didn’t broke out and ruined the engine , Stay away from them if you love your car and not wanna get in problem like me , today I came to the office to let them responsibly for it but they seem like nothing to said sorry or feel bad for it just told me wait 3-4 week to mail to my address, This was Suck
So disappointed to let them did oil change , I should just go back to pay more cost but reliable more than this car repair shop !!

Russell, Terrance and his team got me in very quick for an oil change, filter change and brake repair. Russell was very knowledgeable and informative in letting me know everything that I was needing to have repaired on my vehicle. I will definitely recommend this location. Professionalism and good customer service is very hard to come by, but not @ Midas @ RR. Well done.

The service performed at Midas was top notch fast and efficient even though there are other Midas facilities in the city I always drive to the one in Round Rock Texas not saying anything wrong with the other facilities I'm just comfortable with this particular one they also have a new work crew there.. also the whole new work crew they assembled work great together and they get the job done and have you in and out with minimum wait time.. my only knock is my oil change price was not consistent with what I usually get it for Just make sure you bring in your coupons for discounts if you have them save yOur H.E..B receipts and save money on all my oil changes other than that best place to go for auto work in Austin Texas and it's surrounding area

Tyler at Midas was amazing. While I had to come back later in the day due to them being busy on a sat morning, they were willing to fit me in to change my oil. They even spent time just chit chatting car stuff with me and kept me from getting spayed by soda with a vending machine drink. 5 out of 5 stars!

This place was one of my favorite but not anymore not sure if management changed or what. Manager is pathetic & has some issues. They Wana rip off customer & very rude. He don't honor the price being discussed & arguing over things which is completely false. I have been promised in writing text by employee Minh that my bill is $500 which includes tire rotation & wiper blade. But what I got nothing bill was $556 after arguing with my wife about wrong allegations of oil change has not discussed.. this place is not customer friendly anymore..bye bye Midas round Rock..you guys chose live in hell & negativity
