Front desk person was friendly and helpful. My massage therapist was great. However, the whole time I was getting my massage there was no music playing that all I can hear was the therapist deep breathing. No relaxation.

I'm a full-time Caregiver. I get a message and facial once a month. It's necessary!

Reading other's reviews, and based on my experience, it is obvious that this location has mismanagement issues and failures at core services.Horrible customer service for this location. My wife unfortunately purchased gift cards to use here, and upon trying to schedule an appointment (after the non-refundable gift cards were purchased of course) I was promptly told they were completely booked for over a month for basic massages. Congrats on being busy, but the manager of this location is failing base level duties miserably if they expect people to wait over a month just to give them money.

Came in on a Tuesday as finals week is full steam ahead. Front desk was welcoming, quick and efficient to check me in. (Online Appt) Jannelle was my masseuse today. She did a phenomenal job working out tension in all the usual culprit locations (shoulders, neck, traps) and she even worked out tension on my chest which never crossed my mind to consider a tension spot. A1 highly recommend to get your chest worked on. Check out process was just as seemless. This location ran well during my visit. I’ll be coming back soon! Thank you so much! ? I feel so great. 2 more days of finals and then it’s spring break. Thanks again, Jannelle!

I have made 5 attempts to book a one hour massage and each time they claim they are fully booked for at least 4 -8 weeks out.

Terrible experience, they put me and my unborn baby in risk. The guy that was going to do the massage was a rude man that I told that I was pregnant and insisted to do the massage. After I asked to go out as I was not feeling safe I was informed by the front desk that the massage was really dangerous for me and the baby, but he was too distracted with the phone to note the 8 months belly. I went out from the place crying and terrified. I tried to reschedule but was too traumatized to go and canceled, even with everything they charged me for the cancelation without any warning.

I’ve been coming to this location for over a year. Nice clean location with really good staff. Price recently went up for membership which is a bummer, but it is what it is. I really enjoy and look forward to coming here monthly to get a massage.

They keep canceling my mom's apps & we make them a month in advance. Mom is 95 & our apps HAVE to be at same time! But, they don't get it. The desk staff is nice in person, but not friendly or helpful on phone. I would not go there if by myself.

Please don't use massage envy. We signed up for a membership right before covid. I realize that was a trying time for everyone. They wouldn't allow us to cancel the plan even though they were not open. We have called many times and the location near us is still closed. We do not have another location close to us. We ended up closing the card the membership was on so they couldn't auto draft it no longer. I wish I would have never gone there. Still working on getting some money back but it is not looking good for us.

Would give less stars if possible.I used to go to M.E. in Las Vegas as well as Portland, OR. (Has pretty decent experiences overall!)When I moved to Texas I started going to Hand and Stone or smaller independently owned spas. Unfortunately, the spa I went to throughout my previous 2 pregnancies closed due to COVID.I haven't had a massage since 2019!! ?I'm now 38w pregnant with severe knots in my upper back/shoulder blade area. I tried grin/bearing it and using my massage gun + heat & ice at home... nothing has helped to relieve the pain. Finally, I decided it was time to break my rule about spa treatments during the pandemic andI booked a prenatal massage.Unfortunately, I needed to reschedule my original appointment due to a family health emergency. (Husband ended up in hospital.)The M.E. staff was so polite and got me another appointment just a few days later. (Yay, thank you!!)I arrived for my appointment, checked in, filled out the info on their tablet and then was asked to step out of the waiting room....Apparently when they rescheduled me -- they booked me with a therapist who doesn't do prenatal massage. Not only were they unapologetic for the error-- of their own doing -- they were rude about it.I'll gladly take my money elsewhere!!
