I got there and went to the front desk. Ladies did not seem ready to assist. Went to the self help kiosk and the women at the front desk were gossiping loudly about a specific person. Thankfully I forgot my DL so I just left. Very unprofessional.

I have anxiety from bad experiences with my blood being drawn, but Princess was amazing! I highly recommend her! The lab was clean and professional. Princess did an amazing job. Thank you so much for being excellent!

I walked in needing labs for credentialing and didn't have paperwork. Princess helped me order the lab, and walked me through the process. She was really nice and helpful! It's refreshing to have someone with a great attitude and happy to help! Great location and easy to get to!
