About child care, potty training& help to improve kids skills, we joined half day because of our financial status, she enjoyed alot when we pick up at afternoon she cried for full day. We are very happy with kiddie academy and also recommend for our friends & neighbors. Especially thankful for teachers and their care.

I didn’t even bother to enroll my children the Director or whoever answered the phone was so rude. I asked a few questions and she was just rude and unwelcoming. My husband and I said Thank you and hung up the phone. It was an immediate No for us!

This school was harmful to my child and the cost was much more expensive than other schools. We are so happy we found another school that is also a Spanish immersion school. Best decision we have made when it comes to our child's development.

I’m giving 2 stars only because of the teachers that my child had in the beginning were great. Had my child here for 5 months and in those 5 months she had a total of 14 incident reports and got hurt constantly. Some pretty serious. I believe this is due to a lack of them hiring proper supervision and amount of staff for kids. Twice my child “fell” on her face pretty badly and I was told it was because of her shoes and that just happens anytime she “wears shoes” I don’t believe that is the case because she has never ever fallen on her face while in anyone else’s care. They would use specific words that my daughter did not know prior when explaining how it happened and then my daughter would use the same verbiage when I asked what happened. It has gone extremely downhill over the last 2 months specifically. Daughter started coming home with extremely painful diaper rash, drop off and pick was chaos and they would mix classes and have like 40 kids with what seemed like 2-3 teachers barely watching. We pulled her and she has not had these issues since at her new place of care.

My family and I have had a horrible experience at this daycare!! Save your money, there are other daycares that actually care for your children. The facility is disgusting! On my daughters first day we picked her up with food all over her clothes and face. She also had a full diaper. Her socks were black from how filthy the floors are. The toys are not cleaned, the containers are filled with dirt and hair. All the kids are full of boogers and are dirty. My baby was never offered actual food, but a pouch I took her. This experience was horrible. I never got updates throughout the day of my child. Nobody ever reached out to me to apologize, nor to talk about a refund. Please don't take your kids here, it is horrible.

Not a great experience here. High teacher turn around, kid got hurt constantly and excessively while in their care. The lead teachers were wonderful but sadly I think they left due to the poor management and upkeep of this facility. Took my child elsewhere and she has not had these problems. I believe they stem from upper management. Has gone downhill in the last couple months and I am not impressed by the franchise owner. My child had painful diaper rash a lot towards the end and kids were always screaming here at drop off.

I had informed upper management I would have to withdraw my son in advance to avoid a fee since were supposed to give them a two week notice I believe. After I informed them of his withdrawal and that being the last month his care started going downhill. He was being withdrawn because i was having some concerns, but it just got worse from there. He was always coming home with major blow outs. He had scratches, he was usually crying at pick up, he had rashes that worried me badly! The day that I brought a complaint up to management about my sons care they decided to be petty and send out a school text saying to not park in the front where many usually park. My complaint was about how my son had been coming home with many blowouts and developing too many rashes to the point that I would keep him home to treat them and miss days of work and his daycare which I paid for in advance every month. The lady tried gaslighting me by saying it was cause he was teething so his poops were watery and caused blowouts. It was such a lie because his blowouts were solid poops and his last two days there he was on the floor playing with toys and you could see the poop on his pants from afar. The following day after I complained was his last day. I had to throw away a bunch of clothes of his from the blowouts, I didn't get contacted wondering why he didn't show up the last two weeks, I didn't get offered a refund, and when I went to pick up his stuff I'm sure they kept his diaper cream. I don't recommend this place at all. Since they switched directors it's been going downhill. A big f u to the lady in the front that felt like being petty with that text. I'm so mad I forgot to mention that I had informed them I didn't want him using any other brand than the pampers we provided because it seemed like he was allergic to other brands but he still kept getting sent home with Huggies on. One time he came home with someone else's pants. And we used to take the spray diaper rash and we had to keep taking it too often so I'm pretty sure they used it on other kids too since it was easier than the rub on diaper rash creams.

The teachers are great! The owners are different. The school needs painting. I was there for 1.6 year. I would check their license report on dfps website before moving forward.

Did my research before enrolling my child and this was one of the better rated daycares near me. The day I went to tour the facility and fill out paperwork was where it all began. While I sat there going through the process a woman was speaking tot he director expressing some concerns with her child and wanted to see surveillance to get a better understanding of the situation. The director then proceeded to gaslight her telling her it was unnecessary and kids will be kids etc. the woman again expressed concern which and was met with a very rude our teachers wouldn't lie comment and basically blew this woman off. They claimed to be so transparent but wouldn't show this woman the surveillance to ease her mine. Seemed a bit suspicious to me. That alone should've gotten me out the door but I continued with the process. My son at the beginning was doing ok but as time went on I would notice him hysterically crying at pick up. It would take him a good 20 min after leaving for him to start smiling and not being extremely emotional. They downplayed it claiming he needed more time to adjust. The moment we would pull to the parking lot he'd immediately starts sobbing. I would notice is was specifically on edge and uncomfortable around one particular teacher which was one of the few left at the end of the day. He was a lot more comfortable at his assigned classroom but never around that specific teacher. I took into consideration him needing to adjust considering he was with me 24/7 since he was born. Time went on and he wasn't getting any better. I expressed to my co parent I wasn't comfortable and this place didn't seem right to for him. He eventually got switched to her classroom and I was definitely not comfortable with him being around her. On the last day he attended I decided to record his pickup to show my co parent. I forgot to mention kids were constantly screaming and crying and boogers everywhere. Just gross overall. There was one specific child who was at the door crying when I would drop him off and pick him up. That day was probably the worst I ever saw her cry. Broke my heart knowing these kids are just there crying with no one comforting them. Again another reason I wasn't ok with my son being there any longer. As I was recording the little girl was blocking the way so a few of us weren't able to get in. My son then joined her crying like I've never seen him cry before. That same teacher I wasn't comfortable with comes and grabs both kids by the arm, she proceeded to yank them both. My son was standing so he didn't really get dragged but the other child did. As she was doing that the parent of the child came in and took her away immediately and yelled at the teacher ( not sure what happened after with them). After that day I never took him back. The place is just a huge no for me. He did also get a black eye from being hit with a toy by another child. That same child which I saw multiple time hitting and being aggressive to other kids while these teachers did nothing. Forgot to add all updates they sent out during the day had my child crying in every photo. Extremely sad I put my son through that situation.

This school takes pride on providing quality childcare for children and training its employees. I know because I was the infant teacher and they trained me in a very detail manner.

So here is what I will say, Laura in the front is very kind and professional. She has such detail to things during your tour. She is so knowledgeable and seems to really care about your littles and I couldn’t thank her enough for that. The facility is well kept and very clean. All in all id say this childcare is amazing! The one fault I will say is that they do not allow access to cameras so that you can check in on your child. That’s something that their competitors do offer in the area so it makes it hard to go with them. If I was choosing solely on people I would 100% go with this childcare because the front office and teachers we met with were impeccable!

Very accommodating, the teachers and staff cares for the children and the families. My kids love getting dropped off and I have seen positive changes in their overall development.

My daughter has been going to Kiddie Academy of Round Rock for a few months now and she absolutely loves it and I so do I! She is currently in the toddler class and just from the last few months she has learned so much! Shes learned so many hand movements and words, she is getting so smart because of them! She will do something or say something out of the blue and I'm just like where she learn that?! I know the teachers are so involved with the kids, they do circle time every day and every week they focus on certain topics. I have to give a BIG SHOUT OUT Ms. Nesly who is our daughter's main teacher, she gives the best care to those children, and I can absolutely see how loved those children are by her! I also have to give another big shout out to Ms. Vanessa & Ms. Zinat who always greet my daughter with the warmest tone and smile and with open arms! I definitely feel the love and care from all of them and I can't tell you how grateful and appreciative I am about that! I'd also like to point out that the Director Ms. Stephanie and the Assistant Directors Ms. Mary and Ms. Laura, who have made this whole experience just so great, from the start they have been so helpful and so kind and always assuring me our daughter is in great hands! They will ALWAYS greet the parents and the children by name, and I truly just think that's amazing. So, thank you for that! I honestly think the whole staff there is just wonderful, we will be walking by other classes, and teachers who I've never met will always say hi or bye to my daughter by name, and again, I just think that awesome! They are very communicative there with their app and will always call if there's ever an incident and we always receive 2-4 pictures a day and I sooo appreciate that! Their curriculum is better than any other daycares I have seen. The facility is clean and secured, and they have different outdoor areas for different age groups, and they go outside at least twice a day. Their gym equipment is all in good shape along with all the toys and books they have! Honestly, everything about this place has been wonderful and I'm very happy I found this daycare. I will always refer Kiddie Academy to anyone!
