This review is rather about the store managent/maintnance and not about the repair itself (hopefully time will tell the shop did a quality job). The show website says they are open until 8pm during the week. I got to the shop at 7:02pm to pick up my repair and to my biggest surprise the shop was already closed. There is a piece of paper on the door showing they are only open until 7pm. They wasted 1.5hr of my time in traffic for nothing as I had to return for the pick up the next day. The lady in the store said they requested the store management to change the web open hours multiple time with no sucess. This is disappointing, I was following the store website to make my pickup and I do not appreciate this kind of negligence. Hopefully the repair will hold, but customers of this shop deserve better communication, everybodys time is precious! Please correct web open hours to match reality!

WORST SERVICE EVER- I purchased a ring online from kay, not the outlet, a stone fell off and they told me to take it to any kay or kay outlet store so they can send it back to repair, this was back in april 2023, they said they would call me back when it was ready for pick up, saying it fell into warranty and they never did, i called a few months later and they said that the piece was sent back to the main place because it wasn’t picked up (THEY NEVER CALLED) so they told to me to call back in a few weeks to see if it was in store, I called and was told it was ready, i went in for pick up today (FINALLY) and they ring was not even repaired because it didn’t go through the warranty (that i was told before that it did) anyways i took my ring back because i didn’t want to deal with it anymore, the ladies at the store are super rude and have zero customer service attention, i would never buy anything from this store specifically nor the brand it self ?

Not even a simple hello. It was dark and gloomy inside. If they are trying to save money by cutting the electricity bill and employing staff with zero customer service skills, they have succeeded admirably.

Absolutely unprofessional management. The older rude lady behind the counter tried to steal $325 from me. I went in and bought a gold chain for $300.00 Then traded it for a higher end version that costs $649.99 and paid the $350 difference. After some time I decided to go back and trade for sterling silver and was told I could only get $350 store credit. I had to sit and argue this incompetent manager who doesn't understand the math behind my exchange. Ultimately she refused to give me back the money I was rightfully owed. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not buy here!!! They are criminals!!!!

We had the best experience in this KAY location!! If you are looking for a new ring, upgrade, or someone to help clear your mind you need to reach out to Sherry and her coworkers . She is very honest and will work 110% to ensure you have the ring of your dreams. I was not satisfied with my upgrade and after going around from store to store , phone cal to phone call, i ran into sherry and she did wonders to make my ring the perfect ring.

Angela “the manager” refused to give me my 6 month inspection. She said none of the stores were doing inspections because it was Black Friday weekend. I went to the Lakeline Mall store and they did do the inspection. This tells me Angela lied to me and simply didn’t do the inspection because she didn’t want to help me. I am disappointed with how awful Angela treated me.

Went to get a chain on a necklace repaired, and found that they were not going to be able to repair it in time for an event. The lady in there was so sweet, she replaced the chain. Thank you so much, I absolutely will be back for any future jewelry needs.

Fix your hours online. You know they're wrong on Google. I drove across town to visit this location only for you to close early. That's probably why your reviews are terrible. Very disappointing.

My jewelry got lost four weeks ago. Nobody called. The manager was not in a hurry to let the district manager know. If I hadn't have called, we may never have found out that the jewelry was lost. If you value your things, take them somewhere else. For all I know they were stolen by the store because no one is willing to give me any answers.

We went in shopping for a wedding band, walked out empty handed as store employees wouldn’t help us, or acknowledge we were there! Will not go to this Kay’s again! Poor customer service for sure.
